The room was very nice. The setup flowed well, there were plenty of outlets, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the book light on the swing arm near the bed was nice. There was a sign on the mirror indicating the closet was behind it and there was also a bright light inside the closet. Above all it was clean!

There were no charging ports on/near the bedside lamp/table. The bathroom door was far too large for the bathroom space. You have to side-step next to the toilet to have the door open/close. The lighting above the sink needs to be brighter for makeup application, shaving, etc. There was a gap under the main door and the noise level inside the hotel hallway was loud inside the room. The quality of the breakfast offered was terrible.

It was clean, quiet and comfortable.

One of the housekeepers falsely stated that I had smoked in the room. I was charged a penalty fee twice, $250 per charge totaling $500.00. I am a non-smoker. The receptionist checked my room and validated that I HAD NOT smoked in the room. She put a refund through for the first charge. The manager Jay denied that the hotel made the second charge. My bank validated that they had made the second charge. I filed a dispute with my bank who will now recover these two charges. Meanwhile, $500.00 has been removed from my bank account by the hotel. While I’m confident this money will be refunded, it is not available in the mean time to use to pay bills, etc.

Exceptionally clean. They had a beautiful pool / hot tub with plants in the area for a natural feel, and towels were provided. We were upgraded to a room with two queen beds for free because we accidentally booked a handicap accessible room and didn't need it. They had a cappuccino machine and lemon infused ice water available which were nice amenities. They had a post card in the room with the name of the city which was a nice travel souvenir. The location was easy to get to and in a nice area. Beautiful mountain view.

It would have been nice if breakfast hours were longer.

The hotel was clean. Which is very important to me. The staff were nice and attentive to any issues. I enjoyed the complimentary coffee very much as well! Also my children were allowed to use the jacuzzi under my supervision which was a huge plus for us because they enjoy the jacuzzi (other hotels don't allow kids) this will have us coming back again, thanks!

The pool and game room closed early, especially for the weekend.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Everyone was really nice. The game room was fun and breakfast was good. The breakfast area was clean and full of everything you would want. Great place to stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and the chargers at the bed were really convenient.

Everything was great. The shower could have been bigger with more water pressure but it was pretty average compared to other hotels we've stayed at.

Lobby, breakfast, pool and hot tub were all clean and well taken care of. Room was clean and comfortable. The HVAC unit in the room worked very well.

The bathroom was very small and cramped. Have to stand on the opposite side of the toilet to close and open the door to the bathroom. But we also had a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom that may not have been in there originally so that is some reasoning behind the loss of space.

Hotel was recently renovated. Staff was VERY friendly, they text me about 15 minutes after I arrived to welcome me & asked me if there was anything I needed or if there's anything they could do for me. There was a game room (with pool table, air hockey, pinball machine and arcade games) and a pool.

The pool room and game room both closed at 9. I think the pool could have closed at 9 & game room at 10. We arrived later than expected (7:30 due to heavy traffic) & only had 1-1/2 hours so had to decide whether to go in pool, or game room.

The staff were very understanding and kind, they did their best to accommodate us and our needs. The room was very clean. The public facilities, like the pool and gym, were also very clean and organized.

The walls were thin and you could hear a lot of the other guests, and breakfast hours are a bit early.

Very spacious, clean room with kitchenette. Comfortable bed with assortment of different pillows. Good breakfast with omelet and sausages, waffle stations and usual breakfast items. Clean pool and Jacuzzi with good temperature, opened 10am to 9 pm. The area and the hotel were quiet during our stay. Good WiFi

Carpets in the common areas need to be thoroughly cleaned or replaced. Only one fork was provided in the kitchenette. Bathroom in the pool area needs renovation.

We liked the whole place. The room - more spacious and comfy that expected, and super soft sheets. The breakfast had generous, varied and delicious selections - especially liked the bacon/sausage, eggs, good yogurts (small size, thanks), fresh fruit, those great waffle makers that give you such authentic crispy waffles and happy to see hard-boiled eggs too. There's more - this is just what we ate. Staff could not have been nicer and more helpful with suggestions. Oh, the view of the surrounding hills was also lovely at sunset! We booked here because it was the best bargain in this area, so we weren't expecting so much for our money. Nice surprise!!
