Location. Friendly Staff, quiet and good breakfast. Comfortable bed slept well. Dinning nearby hotel. Strong wifi and good tv channels. clean bathroom and shower, Great value!

We went to one in Warren, PA. They were renovating the breakfast area, so when you walked in the entrance area wasn't so inviting but understood. The breakfast was cereal, etc. and had to be taken to room to eat, but that was fine under circumstances.

Under new ownership, owner on site and very accommodating. Breakfast fresh and satisfying. Good coffee around the clock.

Temporary crisis, nobody's fault, caused inconvenience.

Bed was hard ... Tea bags and creamer/sugar was stale and old and soaked w old water had to be thrown away , need to replace every cleaning.

The breakfast was suitable,. I expected more items. Boooking still is showing my stay in Oct. 27 which is incorrect. The front desk was very accommodating.

We only had one problem and it was quickly handled, and very professionally. We came back at the end of the day only to find water all over one of the nightstands. There was a large wet spot on the ceiling. The woman at the desk immediately transferred us to the next room over - easy to move our stuff and still on the ground floor for our dog. She handled the situation well and with ease.

The night clerk that checked us in was excellent! She wanted to go above and beyond for us! We were on motorcycles and starving so picking something up wasn't an option, it was late and delivery services were thin she offered to share her pizza with us lol. We declined but just the offer was nice.

The only complaint my friend had was the breakfast didn't have waffles or anything else lol.

Everyone there was very helpful. Enjoyed my stay there. Also was quite at night so you could get your rest.

Had to cut down on cleaning to every 3 days. Any place I stayed at did the same thing. If you asked them to do something they would do it if requested.
