I liked the size of the room and the comfort of the beds.

That our housekeeper was rude and refused us towels, twice. She would take our used towels but wouldn't give us fresh ones. She told us that she would bring us fresh towels and never did but was in the hallway running and playing with another housekeeper.

lack of desk help, had to wait or come back to the front desk. our price was incorrect, had to visit desk twice to get it corrected. it was still off a bit.

The room was spacious and clean and the staff very friendly.

The water was yellow. I ran the shower and tub but it only cleared a little. The sofa bed in the room. Looked a little worn in the king suite.

Location was absolutely perfect for our rabbit show. The bed was comfortable and I really liked the shower.

The hotel is dated. Water comes out of the Tao brown. Elevator was loud i could hear it from our room

Nice Clean ,Great location. room larger than expected.

Check in was a bit of a trial because the booking site booked it with names in reverse and they had to post booking confirmation numbers to find our reservation.

bethel and chris were perfect for you to have at the front desk and a pleasure to deal with

the elevator was a little rough

Staff was nice and peaceful environment.

I didn't like the water when taking a shower. Slow drain in the tub

didn’t like that we had to pay for a hot breakfast.. most hotels have free breakfast included, although the breakfast was good, didn’t think we would have to spend $30 just on breakfast 🙁 bit much, in my opinion..

We had three "small" pillows on the bed. We were so tired after attending our event, when we got to our room we called the front desk to send for more pillows but didn't get an answer. Since we were only there for one night, we just dealt with it.

Easy on and off from interstate and close to a lot of restaurants . The bar was nice to have a drink at before we left.
