The stay was wonderful. I always love staying at a Comfort stay… The area was located in the perfect spot next to most reliable stores and dinning areas.The staff was very courteous in helping us to check in early seeing we were going to see Swan Lake. Not a long drive to downtown perfect for out of town stay. Breakfast was great for me not a very picky person my daughter loved the muffin and hash browns. Thank you

The TV app was a little confusing but figured it out, due to not enough information on how to log on.

Breakfast was excellent. We did get our two rooms very close to each other which was greatly appreciated. Staff wanted to be helpful with whatever was going on.

I like the customer service or ALL the staff including the owners. The location. The comfort and most definitely thr clinliness of the rooms. Nice size rooms and bathrooms with hot water and good water pressure. To top it off they give a HOT complimentary breakfast and that's what we lived most THE GREAT SERVICE!

The toilet seat was a little loose. And they had an issue with Spectrum for the cable not working a couple of days, but nothing major that can't be fixed.

This location was clean and the staff were all pleasant and helpful. The room was comfortable and met most of our disability needs. Breakfast was good with a good variety of options.

The only thing we didn't like was the configuration of our room. My friend uses a walker and it was difficult for her to get into the bathroom. If the door opened in instead of out it would have been easier for her.

I did like the location. It is close to may things. Breakfast was great.

I did not like that my door stopped locking. Definitely made me feel unsafe. I was moved to another room but the room was not as nice. The bathroom was under construction and missing stuff like the shelving in the shower was ripped out. I informed the front desk.

Everything was great! We arrived about 9:00 p.m. and the desk clerk welcomed us with the best attitude. She was so very nice and took care of us. When we got to our room everything was clean. Unfortunately we had to leave early the next morning and were not able to enjoy the breakfast. We will definitely be back.

There was nothing that we did not like.

The ladies up front stayed there all night because the power had just been restored after Hurricane Helene, and they did that so they'd be there for the guests when they arrived on Saturday morning. They were amazing!! And the breakfast was so well done, just so impressed!

The breakfast options were great, with several varieties of yogurt, cereal, juices, fruit, and pastries available. Two options for eggs/either boiled or scrambled. Hot breakfast also included potatoes and sausage. Mini waffles /whipped cream available. Having the eggs, fruit/yogurt options made this much easier to accommodate my gluten free dietary requirements . Screened in outdoor dining area available to enjoy fresh air. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable . Water pressure strong. Great room for the price for a Saturday night. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Room was great. Clean and up to date. Breakfast was good all days. Staff were very friendly.

The pool which others had said was closed last month, was still closed. Elevator was broke down more that working. First floor baseboards need painting. Bad first impression when they walk in.

I didn't like how the lady at check-in was a little rude, and I didn't like how the charge 150 cash deposit. But it's alright. I will still book here again
