The room / bathroom were EXCEPTIONALLY clean and exceeded expectations. Everything felt very modern and updated and well taken care of. Bedding was very comfortable, room was quiet despite there being a large presence of guests in the hotel, breakfast was convenient and overall good, staff was super friendly and helpful. The app was a nice touch and very convenient! I loved the amenities (pool/ pool table) and proximity to downtown.

My only complaint is the bathroom door did not latch in our room and the outlet closet to the window next to the bed didn’t work, which wasn’t a huge deal but a little inconvenient. Also the room key did not work on some of the exterior doors like it was supposed to (glitch maybe?), but again not a huge deal considering how pleasant everything else was.

The decorations were FUN! The soaps and lotions were great smelling! The beds were comfortable. Everything was neat and clean. The orange juice at breakfast was delicious. The pancake maker was a fun interaction.

It was a very pleasant experience, but here are the things that i think could be changed: The shower could have had a bit more water pressure for my liking. The breakfast station was OK, but eggs were a bit odd. I did not like your tea choices. There could have been a much larger variety. I would suggest flavored green tea because that "premium " one tasted terrible. I did not like your tea choices.

Very clean and quiet. Got to check in early luckily even after trying to call ahead to check and see. We were not able to get anyone to answer phone.

Before getting to hotel, tried to call to see is we could check in early but could not get anyone to answer phone. They were able to let us check in early though luckily and were about totally booked up. Had to wait long time to get coffee at breakfast and at night ran out of coffee....not sure they ever replaced it. Waited a long while then went to room. I did feel the heated indoor pool could have been a little warmer but Kids still enjoyed it. All in all it was very nice other than those inconveniences.

Love the hotel felt kind of funky love the little features offered for the customers/guest. However, it was so close to interstate of. I couldn’t sleep all night as I was hearing the vehicles passing by.

The noise level that would come through into the room. Everything else was pretty good. Breakfast could use a little more choices. I for example, don’t eat bacon but rather had some sausage or some sort of protein other than just eggs, but it was nice neat clean. Staff was friendly love the little quirky things around the hotel location was convenient only loud.

Great location

Housekeeping did not clean the window so we had to move to another room. At breakfast, other guests there were rude by blowing there noses while people were eating. There should be signs up that tells people to excuse themselves from the table and go to the bathroom and blow there nose while people are eating. My wife freaked out when people were doing that.

The breakfast was good for the price of the hotel. The location was excellent, it was right across from other restaurants and shops. You could walk if you desired to do so.

I could hear footsteps above our room. Also, it was close to the freeway and I could hear the cars at night. Oh, the pillows were to small and not comfortable. The room did not have a closet.

Wonderful staff especially night associate with short dark hair and weekend breakfast associates. My kids enjoyed the variety of games they could play, the sitting lounge outside by firepit, and the breakfast was the best selection of any hotel I've ever stayed at. Compared to the last hotel I stand, Omni in Atlanta, this hotel was better. Continue to prosper and we will definitely be back.

No complaints really except for the door near the elevator that would not open with the room key from the outside. Night 2 there was a note placed on outside of door saying it would not open and to use the other door located about 10 feet from that. Beautiful hotel and my first room had a stench and the clerk quickly apologized and exchanged rooms for me. Thank you all for your hospitality.

The breakfast was good. The location was good. I was within walking distance of any shops/restaurants I needed. I love the colorful decor and the front desk staff was extremely friendly. I dealt with 4 different people during my stay.

I could not access free wifi. It wanted me to join the rewards program. My husband is already a rewards member and I couldn't figure out how to log in with his number. I personally did not want to sign up therefore there was no free wifi for me. This seemed minor to me as everything else about the hotel was amazing!

The location was perfect about 15mins from the event I was attending. Quiet and close to shopping, restaurants and the highway.

The parking lot is small. Very few handicapped parking. The elevators had a smell to them and our shower in our room was leaking from the top of the faucet.

Great breakfast options, hot food, healthy options, vegan options, and meat options. Plenty of seating areas for large and small groups. Pool table with nice hang out area. Comfy beds, warm pool, nice work out room, and friendly staff. We especially liked a male housekeeper, Hispanic desent, was a true joy to interact with. Really made our morning extra pleasant.
