The rooms were great and staff took great care of them for us. Everything was easy regarding check in and check out and staff was kind. The pool was GORGEOUS!!!

Not having a complimentary breakfast

I loved the secured parking garage, and the security I felt very comfortable leaving my car there. The sheets were very soft and breathable but also keeps me at a comfortable temperature. The TV was really nice and i find the welcome feature on the TV to be really neat. It’s said Welcome Iesha, I thought that was really cool. A combination of the view, TV features, and amenities made this hotel stay a unique and enjoyable experience.

The price of the room, you are really paying the Tax not so much the room because the room is quite basic and doesn’t match the high price of over 260. And the rooms and hotel in general I could tell that the construction was rushed for sure and quite sloppy in certain areas.

The hotel was very nice. They staff was courteous, friendly, and very helpful. Perfect location for ventures.

I did not like that there were no readily available valet attendees. My brother and I arrived late in the evening (12/6) and were met with a very kind valet attendee; however, he told us that they were no longer accepting vehicles for valet. My reaction, "This is the Hilton?" The following day, I met with one of the Valet attendees and he had stated that he had to work a double because his relief hadn't come, but he gracefully garnered my brother and I valet services. I enjoy staying at many of the Hilton locations and was a bit shocked that this location didn't quite deliver the expected experience. However, it is not because of a lack of effort. The customer service was excellent all around, and everyone made me feel welcomed. Good Job, but let's improve!!!

I do not Like the bed, the room, and the bath tub... the water was not flowing. Overall, I did not enjoy my stay at the hotel. That was my birthday

Valet parking was too expensive.... The mattress in my room was too hard...it hurt my back so bad that I couldn't sleep 😫 its was as If I was sleeping on a wooden chair. I had a restless night...no comfort at all.

The location and ambiance were fantastic. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was extraordinary.

We arrived at 10pm so we didn't get a chance to enjoy the full stay, only stayed 11 hours. We self-parked. The parking lot machine wouldn't recognize our room key. We needed assistance getting in and out of the parking garage. We were charged $50 for "incidentals" to cover parking, etc.

Everything was good. The hotel was very nice. The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. Room was clean, cozy and nice, bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. It was pleasant.

The bathroom was bit a small.

Great hotel. Outdoor pool area was really nice. Hilton rewards members got free water bottles, which was great as we were there for several days. Only downside no hot tub :(

The bathroom was VERY small. The space between the toilet and the sink / counter was literally inches. I am 5'0 130lbs and I even felt "squished" trying to use the bathroom.

The rooms were spacious, and the beds were super comfortable. The hotel was quiet and noise free in the hallways. We had a great night's sleep.

The only issue with our room was that our bathroom sink was clogged and not draining well, and the water pressure was very low in the sink. The shower water pressure was great though.

The cafe coffee and ready made breakfast sandwiches were great. The staff at the check stand were very nice and helpful.

The ladies reateoom down stairs by the escalaters ran out of toliet paper.

The view was beautiful, really comfortable beds. Nice shower and hygiene products. They smell nice, and no outside noise from other rooms.

Self parking fees are a bit high. If I parked valet it would be ok, but the fees to park yourself are excessive.
