Considering what I paid to book the room it definitely surpassed my expectations in every way so I generally overall think that it is a great deal and a fairly nice hotel for the price that you're paying definitely I still the rooms are clean staff was friendly overall very satisfied with the choice

The smell inside of the hallways and the stairways is very bad it smells like old mildewed water damage or something and the room smell great inside but when you step into the hallway it smells very sour

Location, convinience, appearance and definitely comfort are a few of many to list. I thank the staff for there professional and excellent job. Last but not least, thank goodness for Super 8 for the great experience in staying there for when I need peace. God bless

To be honest, not staying there longer. It pretty much feels like home. If I could, I would stay there a lot more often. I guess, checking out is what I don't like.

It was great! Maria and Terry at the front desk were so pleasant. So accommodating. My 1st room, the a/c wasn't cooling nor the frig, so they moved me to another room with no problem. Breakfast was nice. Loved their energy. Housekeeping was nice. I didn't need them to clean the room since we were there all weekend, but they did take dirty towels and replenished what we needed.

The weekend front desk staff member was so rude when I asked her if she could reset my room key. I asked her a question, and her response was so cold and rude, then proceeded bad mouth me to the housekeeper as I was waiting for the elevator.

Susan at the front desk was very friendly and took the time to listen if I needed anything while I was here great employee should get a raise treat. Everybody fair says hello and always has a smile. Great asset to the hotel.

The only problem that I had here was the dryers did not work I lost about eight dollars in quarters trying to use the dryer

Great Super 8 continental breakfast and the breakfast worker was always cleaning the area and restocking breakfast items so that items were restocked as needed! Great place to stay on a budget!

Nothing other than a little hard to find. I think the construction in the area made things harder to find.

Okay. The elevator wasn’t working properly again. The door would not open properly. Very dangerous! The front desk lady looked like she was tired of explaining that it had been looked at. She was doing her best. The first room 317 had an a/c unit short cycling. I got put into another room 315 with a loose commode. The

Sign on gate to pool area says 10-9.1 day they said after breakfast but didn't open till 2.1 day it would open after people had checked out.how about the paying customer?why should I wait?they close at exactly 9 but never open at 10 like it's posted.ive been here 6 days and finally Sunday I get to use hot tub which is one reason I chose here

Properties convenient to Expressway and surrounding areas Susan at the desk was extremely helpful. It made me stay more enjoyable answering questions and smiled.

Washing machine was fine. Dryer did not dry clothes and I lost eight dollars in quarters and had to hang everything up in the room inconvenience.

Would have been good if breakfast was consistent, there was no bread/jelly/juice available always. It was not available on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Front desk were very friendly and accommodating.

Room had a musky, mildew type odor. I was allowed to view other rooms , but this musky one was the better one. Terrible area. Don’t walk anywhere at night as it’s night of the living crackheads.
