Rooms refreshed. Bathtub and enclosure good design, shelf in shower, ample counter. Mattress comfortable. Closet, luggage rack, flat spaces ample. Staff little interaction. Did not use most amenities- pool, fitness, office, breakfast.

Hallways have old smoke odor (embeded surfaces?) and stench gets pulled in room. Does the bath fan/vents actually do anything? Shower-head adjust jammed (minerals?), bath outlet plate gap. Bedside lamps produce horrible glare (lampshade perforated). Lighting scheme altogether poor. HVAC unit loud; needs a low speed for blower, quieter compressor (old units).

I'd read mixed reviews for this hotel. We found the room comfortable, clean and relatively quiet. The complimentary breakfast was simple, but fine (and free is good!). We had a two night stay. the location, near a major highway was convenient for car travel.

My only complaint is that the room was not cleaned during our stay, but perhaps that was because my wife left a Do Not Disturb sign on the door for much of the day.

I booked specifically a pet friendly hotel but was not told until I arrived that it was an extra $30 for my pet/night. This was a negative experience for us as we felt the value was good originally as it included out pet. Final price was too high for the room.

Much better than we expected at that price point. Room was bigger, well maintained and the bed was very comfortable. It will certainly be our future stopping place during our annual treks south to Hilton Head and to Florida. Our only regret is that has taken us so long to find it, as we usually stop at Microtel.

For the price i thought it was great breakfast bar was well kept front desk gentleman was also nice

Bed was comfortable and staff was nice. Breakfast didn't have many options beyond waffles and cereal. There were a couple pieces of trash that had been left in the room upon our arrival, so I think cleaning crew could have done better but it didn't feel "dirty".

We are 75 and 80 years old and even though we booked way ahead in advance, our room was the end room farthest away from lobby. Also, the shower curtain had mold on it across the whole bottom.

Very clean, very helpful, less expensive than I expected. I loved the shampoo and soap available. Lighting was great and enough USB ports for charging.Would definitely stay again if ever in the area

The tub was a little high to step over and I wish breakfast offered sausage and scrambled eggs.

Staff was nice, shower was excellent!! Room was clean.

Breakfast was very limited options, not impressed, bed was very soft, woke up with a backache.

Breakfast needs upgraded to include bagels, cream cheese, toast and at least scrambled eggs. Most places we stay have all the above and different meats daily. The handicap rooms are not located in good areas, my Mother and sister stayed in one and it was on the second floor at the end of the hallway. She couldn’t have walked that far so luckily we had her wheelchair. These rooms need to be a little bigger and on the first floor. Thanks so much 😊
