A/C didn't work when I checked in, but desk clerk came to room right away, got on her hands and knees and figured out it wasn't plugged in!. We stayed at this hotel so we would be close to Gorge Ampitheater for music festival the next night. After we checked out, staff willingly turned TV in lobby to requested channel so we could watch Indianapolis 500 before we left for the concert. Thank you!

Nicely kept on the outside, big parking lot. Friendly staff and easy check in. There was a lounge with coffee and a workout room. Our room was basic but clean, comfortable beds and enough space. Hotel was quiet at night and breakfast in the morning was good. The convenience store on the same property was handy.

Slightly expensive for what you get, you pay for it being close to The Gorge for sure.

The location was perfect not too far from our family house. The gentlemen who was the receptionist in the evening was wonderful.

The receptionist was rude, the female one, when advised there was no more orange juice she said oh well. She was on her phone every time we went up to the front desk. She just wasn’t personable. Seemed little annoyed with some questions we asked or other family members would ask

The breakfast was very lackluster and the desk attendants were less than friendly. But, the housekeeping staff was excellent and although aged, the motel was extremely clean, smelled nice and was obviously taken care of very well.

The breakfast wasn't that great and the desk staff seemed like we were bothering them when we needed anything.

They had wonderful overnight staff, very kind and friendly. Was very helpful and made sure that all guests needs were met.

The older building is clean and comfortable. They are smart to have a small convenience store on site. The breakfast was wonderful!. Staff was helpful with changing my reservation and clearing up my error.

Breakfast opened at 5am, which was great. Breakfast was much nicer than the breakfast I've seen at comparable places.

The bed was the most comfortable I've had in a while. My room was clean and spacious.

Was told there was free wifi but it wouldn't connect with the right channel and password.

Location was good & staff was super sweet
