Close to family. Off main roads.

Charged me a $100 deposit for my service dog. Not allowed to do that. Paid it cause they promised I would get it back after I checked out. But now they say will take 5 business days. Took pics of room when I left so cannot say any damage was done. And my dog dripped water from mouth on floor after drinking so cleaned it with a towel and the towel was black from the dirty floor. No carpet. Need to clean floors better. The bed was clean. Kinda loud from freeway being close but that is to be expected. Lots of sirens in the night. Staff was nice. Had waffle for breakfast...yum.

It was a cute hotel room, I just wish that I knew Atlanta better because I would have chosen a hotel closer to my family. We were almost an hour away from my family and about the same amount of time from the baby shower for my daughter.

When I get to a hotel room I never expect it to appear to be clean and then get comfortable. I took my sandals off for them to dry and felt trash on the floor along with dirt. I normally put my slippers on but, getting the suitcases and the furbaby out of the rain was important. If it wasn't for Pepper spilling water we would have never known. If it had not been for that, the stay would have been okay.

Good location. The room was clean. I didn't use the pool but had a great view of it and it looked very nice. Comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked very well. I would absolutely stay here again.

Unfortunately the water pressure in the shower is very low but it is good and hot. Our sheet had a cigarette burn in it. No smell in the room though.

The room and bathroom were clean, the air conditioning worked. I can't say anything about the breakfast, because we didn't have breakfast. Several restaurants (including fast food like KCF, Wendy's Panda Express, Chipotle,..) are within 10 - 15 minutes walking distance.

At check-in they could not find our reservation so several staff members were busy looking for it. Finally they found the booking somewhere in the system. The staff at the front desk were the first in my life who were not able to call us a cab. "We don't do that. Here are some business cards, call your own cab."

The price was not bad including breakfast. The only inconvenience was noise from others. The staff should let everyone know that a hotel is a place to rest, a quiet place and it is not for everybody.

The security is not enough. There is too many cameras but the staff was not able to see who was making noise in the hall and knocking doors for help at 3:00 Am on Saturday.

Staff was amazing and friendly. The beds were comfortable but we could hve used more pillows, 1 per person was not really enough. I did not call for more. I probably should have,, the staff would have given me one, I am sure.

Location was difficult to find due to a lack of signage on the main road.

Excellent hotel for the price! My room was very clean and had all the necessary accommodations. Location is perfect and staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast with plenty of food options. I would definitely stay here again. It was a very pleasant stay. Thank you!

No dislikes to mention. My stay here was very pleasant.

One of my go to places to stay because it’s a good blend of price, convenience, and all that goes into a nice stay.

Odd smells, mostly outside but sometimes very strong.

Very good location, great price for a weekend stay. Good places to eat and shop around the area.

Ice machine on lobby floor did not work. Standing in water while showering, water drained very slow. Bathroom was very small.

Very nice bed was clean sheets and all I did find hair in the tub but I cleaned it I am a manager of a very big cleaning company on Saint Simon’s Islamd and Jekyll island and I see they did a good job but just look for hair
