The Hotel was perfect for my stay. I stayed for 3 nights with business and would certainly return for leisure. The restaurants were amazing and all staff could not do enough for me. Would certainly recommend this hotel.

That shuttle service should be extended to the Mall of Emirates too

Amazing service

I was checking on 14th before 3 pm so i was made to pay for the 13th. I found that unfair because i was made to pay for a day earlier. Besides i first booked from 14th to 17th only to realise that I wouldn’t be allowed in the room until after 3 pm so I canceled the earlier booking no 4123772994. The payment i had made under that booking has not yet been refunded.

Second time back to this amazing hotel and it certainly will not be the last! Everything was just exceptional, from the minute we checked in, to when we left. We managed to visit during UAE National Day and the hotel put on an amazing show for the occasion. Henna, traditional dancing and a falcon which was amazing. The service from the staff is second to none, and this was one of the main reasons we chose to stay again at the JW Marriott. Mohamed Mounir in particular is excellent and a great asset to the hotel. We remembered him from last year as he was attentive and very accommodating. He went above and beyond this year too. He made sure we had everything we needed advised us on taxis, sightseeing and hotel facility’s. In addition, we have had amazing service from Rodel, who is phenomenal. He is both knowledgeable and friendly and nothing was ever too much for him. He always had a smile on his face and made everyone’s day. Aghathoon was another exceptional member of who was always helpful and polite and went above and beyond. Petal at the desk is amazing and very helpful, along with Shabina who was great in the breakfast hall. The staff go above and beyond at this hotel and it is why we will always choose to stay here. Thank you very much Marriott and we look forward to staying with you again.

Sometimes need to wait to get a taxi because of hotel location, big turn is required to go to a very close area. Could not understand why the mini- bar is empty. No enveloppe in the room desk

Including breakfast whatever the room rate is

The room was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The breakfast was awesome and varied. It had everything a person would need; however, it was very crowded.

The prices for lunch and dinner were very expensive. I tried to eat lunch or dinner, but the average meal price per person was 225. it would be too much money for a person, especially if he stayed for a few days. I wish they would reduce the price of their buffet. Furthermore, the reception was noticeably busy, and the staff seemed to struggle with the influx of guests. With only a few people serving many standing guests, the need for a more efficient service was evident.

We had an amazing stay. The staff were always attentive and very helpful and polite,not to mention super friendly. In particular Mahoni at reception and Adam the lifeguard at the pool were so good to us. Mahoni looked after my wife and I, and upgraded our room and gave us a gift aswell as discounts, as it was my wife’s 50th. She also gave us late checkout. There is nothing else she could have done for us and we felt very lucky and happy with her. Adam at the pool was fun and we stuck up some good chats. Overall all amenities were great. Breakfast was amazing with so much variety you can’t go wrong. The hotel was modern and welcoming. We would stay here again for sure.

Excellent service, spacious and very comfortable rooms. Great breakfast spread. Particularly appreciated the gesture from Ajay in the front desk who threw in complimentary breakfast.

Due to full capacity during our stay, we were accommodated in a secondary location (banquet hall) on a different floor for breakfast - this is not as good an ambience as Kitchen6 (the primary location), with less natural light etc.
