This hotel is located near the water, it is a new building with very modern and beautiful look. Very clean property. I checked in around 10am and got the room within a short waiting which I never expected. A large room with small kitchen area, big king size bed and sofa and chairs with double laptop tables. I really never expected a better room than what I got. Very caring staff. Their breakfast was superb with so many varieties of food, facing see with lovely view. Superb and quick room service for all the requests I made. It is just 15 minutes away from the airport.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff, and to my delight, I was upgraded to a spacious and beautifully designed room. The attention to detail and cleanliness of the room were truly impressive, making it a relaxing haven during my stay. A special thanks to Linda, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her professionalism and kindness added a personal touch to my visit, making me feel valued and appreciated as a guest. From the luxurious amenities to the outstanding service, every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. I highly recommend the Hilton Hotel for anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a touch of luxury. I’ll definitely be returning for another stay!

The things I liked the most were the staff (at the reception, pool, and the restaurant). They were all kind and very friendly. The view from my apartment was great, and the apartment was very very clean, spacious, and very comfortable.

I had two minor issues with the property: 1) I rented an apartment with 3 bathrooms. There was some noisy sound (something sounding like pipe vibration) coming from the ceiling of the bathrooms during showering. 2) ’Some of the silverware in the restaurant (the Origin) was not very clean.

The outstanding element of the hotel is, without doubt, the staff. There are far too many to name individually but each and EVERY member of staff I came into contact with - even if in just sharing a lift - made a positive impression. Genuinely welcoming, ready to go out of their way to help and very engaging. I have spent a lot of times in hotels over the years and such uniformity of excellence is rare. Thank you to you all.

The incessant loud music blaring out in the public areas of the hotel. It is a common problem in many places but the volume at The Hilton Bahrain always seemed several decibels over and above. The staff did their best to find me the quietest spots but I was not alone in finding the music intrusive. It is certainly not background music and I would contest that the word music is not particularly applicable to many of the tracks that are played!

First, I want to thank Sister Margarita for her generosity, good manners, and her dealings with us. She was at the reception, and she is really very professional in performing her work to the fullest. Always I book in 5-star hotels, but this is the first time I booked at Hilton. It was a truly unique experience worth every riyal you pay, after which I learned that Hilton is one of the best hotels in the world. My next trip to Istanbul, I really regret that I could not change my reservation because it is not refundable, but next time the first hotel I search for is Hilton, I hope to get a special membership.

furniture in balcony: Providing a small table in the balcony would be much appreciated

I got a phone call from the reception at MIDNIGHT to ask me to check an item the previous guest had left!!!! This was very disturbing, annoying and totally un expectable. They could have called in the morning and also they should have asked the housekeeping who cleaned the room before i entered the room if there was any item left! I went to sleep early so getting this call at MIDNIGHT was really very very impolite!!!! NO THERE WAS NO ITEM LEFT!!!

Efficient check-in service by Ahmad, who gave me personal attention as a Hilton Honor return client. I felt valued. The breakfast catering and supervision by Gigie and the team was perfect and energetic, going out of their way to make me comfortable. The receptionist, Zeenat, at the restaurant made me feel most welcomed. Housekeeping was perfect. The Cocoon spa by Bandana and front desk Eman was top class service.

The breakfast was superb! The quality and variety of food was excellent and the staff at breakfast were amazing! Thank you to Aswin and the team :-). The hotel is in a great location, is clean, with an amazing spa and all staff, whether at breakfast, reception or housekeeping, were attentive, efficient and very welcoming! Thank you everyone, you made my stay very enjoyable! :-)
