If you need to stay near the Frankfurt airport and don't want to pay a premium for the terminal hotels...this is a great option! The shuttle to the airport is great, but you do have to pay for the return trip 10 Euro I believe...not bad. The bar restaurant (JU-52) is exceptional and it's clearly a favorite of locals nearby as well. there is also a seasonal outdoor biergarten! The breakfast buffet is massive and exceptional as well. If you are there during good weather and enjoy a stroll, you can use the bicycle paths to see some nearby sights. I recommend the Berlin Airlift memorial about 1km from the hotel and a little further is a great airport viewing terrace full of local plane spotters. There is also the Zeppelin museum if you are up to walking a few more KMs.

The room was much larger than expected. The beds were super comfy, and there was a nice corner with a sofa chair, a table, and another chair. The room was spotless. I appreciated the shuttle bus' frequent service to and from the airport. Room attendants were very friendly. Reception staff checked us in an hour before the usual time, considering our request. That was a nice gesture.

For people with mobility limitations, the bus driver should assist guests in boarding and disembarking the bus. I was travelling with a child and an elderly parent with mobility issues, along with several heavy luggage. I had to ask the driver multiple times to come out and help with the bus ramp. This annoyed me a bit after a long journey, and we were one of the very few people heading to the hotel. This was not a situation where I was asking for an extra service; it was simply a case of common sense. The bus level was at least 20 cm above the ground and required a ramp to access it safely. After asking and begging for help at least three to four times, the driver came out and helped reluctantly.

The room was spacious, super clean and comfy, very comfy bed, close to the runway but still quiet. You can open the windows which for me is a massive plus. The staff was super helpful. I had an unexpected situation right before rushing to the airport and the staff helped me immensely, put me at ease and solved the problem for me. Very nice gym and sauna area. Lovely reception where you can have some privacy while waiting for the flight after check out.

I didn't find a socket next to the bed. The breakfast could be better. Everything was fresh but no possibility to ask for an omlette, no nuts.

The staff and the room were just fine.

We chose this hotel BECAUSE it was an "airport" hotel. It is false advertising in our opinion to label this hotel an "airport" hotel. Yes it is located next to cargo area for the airport, BUT it is not near the passenger terminal at all. It required a 21 Euro taxi trip (15 minute drive) or the hotel shuttle which was charging 10 Euros per person. For our group of 3 that would have been 30 Euros. The hotel is set off by it self, so we had to use their restaurant and bar. No restaurants or shops near by.

Very convenient hotel for those needing to stay close to the airport. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. A big plus is the 24-hour check-in, which is really helpful for late arrivals or early departures. The restaurant serves good quality food at reasonable prices.

The only downside was the restaurant staff, who were a bit rude, which slightly affected an otherwise pleasant stay.

This place was perfect for us to stay at while we were waiting on other family members to arrive in the country. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodated us without any issue when we had to change plans and add another day to our booking and also when we had to speak to our airline, as we don't speak German, the lovely lady on reception assisted us greatly and translated for us, thank you so much! The restaurant was great with tasty food and the staff again, were great and welcoming. All in all, we wouldn't have any problem recommending the hotel to anyone for close to the airport. The shuttle bus was very handy and easy to use.

Wifi was not the best. Not too bad if you were in your room but not good if you were sitting outside sorry.

The hotel is near to the airport and offers a shuttle service. The stuff had been very friendly and helpfulness. The room had been very clean, with a large nice bed, a small fridge, a good working AC and big TV. So I could relax very well. And a big plus for the very funny lady, who sold the 🍻 in front of the restaurant. And also a big complement for the stuff, who stayed very friendly, even when a crazy guest shouted loud and with ugly words. They really did a very good job.

The hotel is really situated in the "desert | dschungel". You couldn't go out for the next shop or restaurant. For this u have to use the restaurant in the hotel. But there is a bus line not fare from the 🏨. This line u can use with the ticket, given free by the hotel. Shuttle service to the airport is about 10 Euro.

Hitel is full service. Restaurant on-site. Fitness center .computers available.. there is available seating outside. Although between the autobahn and the airport, the location was pretty quiet. I had my windoe open with no noise problem..

The location is isolated The hotel bus does a good job of getting you back a.d forth to the airport (for a fee, but once you pay the fee, you can ride as often as you wish. You can not,, however, really walk anywhere. The hotel sits by itself. For most travelers, once the bus drops you off, you are there until you leave.

Easy shuttle airport transfer bus service. Hotel is located approx 2km from Terminal 1 and a well defined sealed pathway from the hotel. There is no nearby cafe/restaurant choice when staying at this hotel. It would seem the hotel has a substantial conference business. The buffet breakfast has a reasonable food choice. There is a buffet dinner or al a cart option. Our room was spacious. Staff were very helpful and approachable. The hotel offers the option to extend your stay by different hour intervals for prices.

Internet was slow at times. They offered a priced faster access rate.

The hotel is very functional, exactly what you need before a flight. I always book here when I have an early morning flight the next day. Great that that one can take the shuttle more than once, as I needed to pick my daughter up from the airport after having arrived at the hotel.

It would have been good if information on where to find the shuttle going to the hotel (Arrival hall B between B5 and B6) had been more clearly pointed out on the website. I now took a normal bus, which was much more cumbersome, and only found out I could have taken the shuttle instead (going to the hotel is free).
