Location, bed, TV, rooftop pool were great. Lots of towels. Generally speaking room was clean though the floor especially the rug or carpet was full of hair. Obviously, housekeeping didn't vacuum it. There was even a long strand of hair on top of the bed. The handle of the shower door was not wiped, hence, it was full of water mark. Not all food handlers wore face mask, even if they were handling the food directly.

I hope those inside the kitchen and preparing the food will wear mask properly at all times. All crew handling the food, whether visible and invisible from the view of the guests, should wear facemask properly at all times. Rooms should be thoroughly cleaned, not only the bed, but also the floor, carpet, all bathroom fixtures and shower doors

The rooms were nice, clean, very good technology in the rooms. Nice views, and the infinity pool was great.

There is zero communication between the Food outlets and the front desk, despite leaving my credit card for charging things like room service. It was always a hassle because they had to call each time ti confirm I left a credit card. And the check out is terrible, making you wait so they can check the room was quite ridiculous. If a person has left their card you don't need them there to charge if there are damages.

THE POOL DECK VIEW OF THE SUNSET AND HAVE A VERY GOOD BREAKFAST. THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND VERY CORTEOUS. THE ROOM WAS UPGRADED SO WE CAN HAVE A GREAT VIEW OUTSIDE. THE ROOM WAS SO CLEAN AND I LOVE THE COFFEE.

MAYBE WE COULD EXTEND OUR CHECK-OUT TIME. THERE WERE PLENTY OF GUEST WERE CHECKING OUT AT 12:00 NOON TIME THE TIME WE WERE CHECKING-OUT. THEY STAGGGERED THE GUEST CHECK-OUT TIME BY COMPARING THE TIME THEY CHECK-IN.

Good location, nice & clean rooms

Wait to get lift is too long, hotel should have all lifts in working condition. Top floor rooms get noisy due to parties going on the very top floor.

I loved the hangout areas such as the pool, the rooftop restaurant, the cafe downstairs and the lobby. The hotel was also in a more remote area away from the hustle and bustle with a nice openness making you not feel like you were in a city!

We were located in a room (806) that was close to the stairwell, so we often herd the slamming shut after being used.

The only downside was the damaged retracting door for the bath and shower room. It was damaged at the top. And was coming off the hinges. Very dangerous this could fall on someone and badly injure them I did tell staff at checking in. But they did not seem to be very interested. If health and safety done an inspection. They would close the room until repaired. Everything else was up to my expectations

Most of all, I appreciated the rooftop swimming pool and the staff working there. This year still a fabulous view over the Manila bay while enjoying your drinks or food. Very great compliments to the team working in pool restaurant.

room was ok but not that big. It was noticable that the general quality of the hotel could need some maintenance. The hotel was obviously updated and the lime colours are giving it a fresh look, but through the lines the aging was visible. Not so easy to get a Grab driver due to the location of the hotel and poor 4G/5G reception

Food is not really good.

Staff was excellent- very attentive and accommodating. Even though we didn’t manage to book a reservation for the buffet- we only waited short time before we were called. Rooms were very good- automatic curtains were awesome! Bed was very comfortable

Not enough elevators for guests- service elevator should be separated to accommodate the number of guests in the hotel Bidet in the toilet was faulty Guests passing by the pool area to go to the sky lounge (not sure if it’s the correct name)- where they can drink and celebrate with friends- they should have separate area where they could access the lounge as it’s very unsafe especially for elderly to pass by the pool where water can overflow on the area where they walk (also guests coming out of the pool dripping wet).
