I was here for unfortunate circumstances - for a layover and the flight got cancelled, but this hotel was just great for that. Very friendly staff, a beautiful swimming pool and great location when flying out again early the next morning.

Love that we never heard a single plane while staying at this airport hotel. Easy walking distance to the shuttle into the airport. Very comfortable bed. Quick check out in the morning.

Room is big. We had 3 28-inch luggage and room could accommodate them. Bed was exceptionally comfortable and we didn't want to wake up. Location was just few minutes to shuttle train to the airport terminals (train was crowded though). Train station has few groceries stores and coffee shop. Breakfast was variety and test really good.

Though hotel has provided a good facility, what I didn't like were relatively in personnel matters. We had only one check-in counter and there were waiting line. We waited about 15-20 minutes before we could check-in (there are more counter but no staff). All of our 4 rooms' bath tub could not hold water. We informed reception and maid had came but no one fix any of them (we stayed 2 nights). On day of arrival, I found someone else hair in bath tub as well.

The location is perfect. Our room was very comfortable and functional.

The check-in staff was not friendly and provided little info, not even wifi info. Nobody was helping with the luggages.

Location was great, was key to be close to the airport. But the gym pool was great and the addition of the steam and sauna. Rooms good size and i paid for extension to use to the room for a few more hours.

The cost of the taxis to and from the hotel, €25 euro for a 5min ride, now made the hotel a very expensive option. 11am check out is not a great selling point and paying for the extra hours already feels a little unjust. 12 noon check out is far more standard.

Modern hotel, comfortable room. Good air-con with temperature control. Soft bedlinen.

Check-in took VERY long! I had to stay in a waiting line, with luggage and other hotel guests. After my long journey. Receptionist asks a lot of unnessesary questions, but after a long travel, all I wanted is to get a key! As quickly as possible. But no. You have to line up, you have to walt. And then you have to write down your e-mail, answer which Floor do you prefer… and like this with everyone. So long to check-in. Annoying

Location - especially if you are flying into Paris at the CDG Airport! The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. It is super helpful too, that the place had parking. Side-note: This is the second time we were staying at Pullman. Last time (in 2023), I had left an observation that the carpets were stained. This time though, the carpets were different (patterned, so stains didn't stand out) and overall much cleaner. I thought this was a nice touch (And although unlikely, it seemed to me like my earlier feedback had been heard and addressed - which felt nice)!

Long queue at check-in and checkout-out (nearly 40 mins wait at check-in and 15 mins at check-out).

Check in taking forever with reception staff ignoring the long queue and taking endless care of some passengers - training problem? Reception and bar employees looking stressed - understaffed? - and not giving the essential information (need to ask what should be explained by default)

Not my first stay at the Pullman CDG. The breakfast is very good, with a lot of options. The facilities, pool, sauna and fitness are nice. Only one subway stop away from the exhibition center Parc des Expos.

The Classic Twin Room is very tight, especially if two people are staying in one room. It is a corner room, so there is very little room for two people and their baggage. The water pressure in the room is very poor, taking a shower takes a lot longer because of it. I booked two rooms, and in one of the rooms the sheets on the bed were dirty and there were some hairs on the floor in the bathroom. The sauna officially starts at 7:00 in the morning, but at 7:00 it is not hot yet, it needs time to get to working temperature, so either the staff should start it sooner, or change the start hour to 8:00.

Superb location, shuttle to Terminals is right outside the door. Warmly greeted by Jean-Francois in Reception and he explained everything clearly and easily. Restaurant staff were so nice and friendly, room was very comfy and we couldn’t hear any noise or planes flying in/out. Would highly recommend and would stay at this hotel again anytime we are travelling through Paris. There is a pool and leisure facilities but sadly we didn’t get time to use them.
