Highly recommend this hotel. It is super modern, not an air bnb style but a full hotel. Staff gave us waters, extra Nespresso pods and cream in our room, the price was half of what it was in downtown Venice. I looked there first but soooo expensive and everything looked very old and not hotel style accommodation. It’s a 2 minute walk to the train, and costs 1.50 euro per person for a train ride (10 minutes). It’s the way to go!! They also held our luggage at no extra cost until the afternoon when we left (noon checkout)

Nothing, it was perfect!!

A good hotel to visit Venice. About 30 m from the hotel is the bus stop for Venice. A very clean room and hotel. A good bar and a great bartender who made a special cocktail for me, after he asked what I like. Very comfortable beds! We left the car in the garage next to the hotel, for an extra fee, althought probably we could find a free place next around the hotel, but in a strong sun. A very good italian breakfast!

at the reception we cannot buy tickets for the transport to Venice and for the vaporetto, as we found at another hotel. They couldn't even told us how and where we can buy tickets. By the way, we bought tichets in the bus from the the driver, for 3 euro by person, one way.

[+] hotel overall very clean, with friendly and helpful staff [+] amazing breakfast - the fresh warm croissants were absolutely delicious [+] good bed, although on the harder side [+] quite spacious bathroom with bidet and a large shower with overhead water stream [++] 3 minutes walk from Mestre Train station for easy access to Venice, which is at a 10 minute train ride [BONUS] Pizzeria Da Michele across the street from the hotel - best! pizza! ever! ;)

[-] small rooms for the price/night paid - barely enough place to be able to open a luggage [-] due to the small dimensions of the room the walls presented dirt, usage, damage [-] lack of iron/board in the rooms - 4 star hotels should have this instead of an ironing room [0] not necessarily a dealbreaker, but overall the price seems a bit high for what the hotel offers for tourists sightseeing Venice and returning for a goodnight sleep - of course, compared to the high prices in Venice, the price is more than OK - in the end it's as per preference and budget

The room was well-appointed and attractive. We asked for and received a kettle to make some tea in the room. The breakfast was excellent, though there was a bit of a rush when tour groups descended on the breakfast area in the mornings. Location was fantastic; e.g., bus to the airport was a minute or two away, and the train station was just a bit further. Staff were helpful and friendly. We found the room a bit cramped for luggage space. In our opinion, they could have replaced the king bed with a queen and had more room for spreading out from one's luggage. The room was quiet, even though our room was not far from the elevator and the hotel is close to the railway tracks.

All the pillows were overstuffed and hard. Some softer pillows would be a good change to the room. We also had a hard time trying to control the air conditioning using the thermostat.

Amazing stay. The location a few minutes away from the train station. The staff were really nice and helpful, they had great customer service. Although the boiling kettle was not in the room, the receptionist had it delivered to us directly to our room very quickly upon our request. The rooms are nicely decorated in a genuinely modern Venetian style, they are equipped with comfortable beds, soundproof windows, a minibar and a bathroom with the rainfall shower. We couldn’t have wished for a better experience and will be returning back soon.

There was not anything we disliked.

We were genuinely surprised and touched by the thoughtful amenities provided for our dog during our stay. We’ve stayed at many pet friendly hotels before but this one truly went above and beyond. A small additional fee of just 15 euros was very reasonable especially considering the care and attention put into everything. We received a lovely welcome box with a toy ball, wet wipes, tissues, poop bags, and even a “Pet in the Room” door tag such a sweet and unexpected gesture that made us feel incredibly welcome. Thank you so much to the hotel team we truly appreciated it!

Excellent stay! My son and I stayed for one night in transit to another city and it was great. We took bus 2 from Venice bus station which was about 13 mins. The hotel is centrally located and has other shops and eateries near by. The check in was fast and easy, the rooms were very clean and looked very much like the picture. Very minimal wear and tear. We had drinks at the bar and Oana and Anta were wonderful!!! Very hospitable and nice. They engaged in conversation and made great recommendations for drinks and food. The food was delicious! I had the pumpkin gnocchi and tiramisu! Great choices. Overall I highly recommend.

Great hotel close to the trains and buses. The breakfast had a good selection

The wait staff were cleaning up breakfast around us taking away cutlery and napkins and setting tables for dinner. This included taking away things from our table not needed for dinner, while we were still eating. It was only 9.30 and breakfast went until 10. It was very rude and annoying. Also there was no salt and pepper on the table and no spoons…you had to get them near the cereal even though the rest of the cutlery was at the table…very silly and again annoying

Second time we stay in this hotel when visiting the Venice Biënnale. We find it the best location to visit Venice if not actually staying on the Island (which would cost at least twice as much) The train station is a 2 minute walk, as is the bus stop for travelling to Venice (train is far more comfortable than the bus which is often very full and gets delayed in traffic). Nice modern and clean rooms, excellent shower and bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Several decent restaurants just outside the hotel (but you should really try and have dinner on the Island, nothing beats that atmosphere!)

The one and only thing I dislike: cappuccino from the machine at breakfast, really incredible they don't improve on that. Luckily staff will be happy to fetch a cup of real cappuccino from the bar. But really, I don't understand that such a good hotel can't get a decent machine. Coffee machine on the room is quite good actually 😀

At first we wanted to book hotels inside of the Venice old town, but it was hard due to high season, so we ended up booking Leonardo Royal as it looked nice on the photos. To my surprise it was a better option, because arriving to Venice for the first time I was shocked to see how troublesome it is to move around the town with a suitcase. Honestly, stay at Venice Mestre station and just take 11 min ride to the town when you need - much more convenient! So in that sense, this hotel was great. The room was not too large but big enough for 2 people. Shower was fantastic with good water pressure and temperature. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The room fridge size is quite small - we could not store the cake inside, but the hotel staff was kind to store it for us in the restaurant on the first floor.
