Room was clean and comfortable. Breafast and dinner at Arome was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. Taxis to get to meetings were timely and available. Internet worked well.

Construction noise early in the morning was annoying and we were only advised of this by a note in the room after we checked in. No water provided in the room and we had to purchase that. Furniture (chairs) were a bit shabby.

Check in to hotel was so easy and fast, very nice staff. The facilities are spotless as always. The room is very tastefully decorated, bed was super comfy, super fluffy pillows, we had a king size extra large room worth the upgrade. Shower area and bathroom are over sized and lots of room for two to get ready for a night out. The downstairs restaurant served us a high quality meal, great appetizers, good staff, nice atmosphere.

Wish we could have stayed longer.

Food was great, staff was very helpful and nice. Room was clean, beds were comfortable.

Everything was great but just a suggestion that there wasn’t any enough options for vegetarian meals or Halal food. Lots of Muslims travel and stay there but was hard to order food because limited choices.

Everything was impeccable! The bed was sooo comfortable, the food service workers were on strike so the restaurant options were very limited but we didn't actually mind because what was offered was still amazing. The staff were really nice and really well styled.

While we don't blame those who were striking, we support them, it was just unfortunate that it happened during our stay. We were looking forward to the restaurant as we heard really good things.

Everything was clean classy and comfortable. The cleaning staff must be trained well and treated decently to do such a great job. The crew at the door and desk were the most helpful professional and pleasant group I have ever interacted with at any hotel stay over the past 30+ years. The breakfast buffet was way beyond expectation and enjoyed the atmosphere that the great staff ensured for all. Well done and appreciated after so many disappointing experiences at other establishments in my travels lately.

Everything was wonderful. But the breakfast buffet was just amazing! Worth every penny! Staff are all so friendly and helpful. Casino is huge and loads of fun. Outdoor pool was a great surprise for us.

Coffee creamer in the room was terrible.

This hotel is exceptional. One of the best hotel I’ve been to.

The price are also exceptional, not in a good way. The only reason I was able to stay there it’s because I had special price due to my work otherwise I would have chosen another place to stay because.

The staff were amazing. So helpful. The pools were really nice to relax in after a long day. The restaurant food was so good. Everything was exceptional.

We loved the indoor/outdoor heated pool in the winter. That was great!

The M&Ms purchased for cash (debit not working) at the hotel store were stale or moldy and had a horrible taste. We couldn't return them. The room service was closed long before the casino and we had nothing to eat!

most of my stay was just perfect only a few observations check at 4 pm is quite late as check out is at 11 the pool area - no soap in the women’s showers on 2 occasions that I have stayed there in the last 3 months as well the kiddie pool was closed considering there were quite a lots of small children that should be functional for safely and hygiene of the pool other than that all was well 😊
