The area it was in was great. It’s attached to a shopping mall in a nice neighborhood. Lots of bars and restaurants around and felt safe the whole time. My wife and I both commented on how helpful and nice the staff were. We stayed 4 nights and it was extremely clean, quiet, and relatively inexpensive. The hotel has a great bar and restaurant.

There was no pool. The room’s decore is a bit “lean” and dated—but the bed was very comfortable. It’s in a nice area, but a long ways from Candalaria,which is the old historical centre with museums , art galleries, etc. But Ubers and taxi’s were very economical to use to get there.

the hotel we stayed in wasn't the one we booked. we didn't get told that we had to move until we got to the booked hotel. we'd been traveling all day and I was exhausted and then we had to move to another hotel. they clearly knew that the hotel couldn't take us many hours earlier perhaps days earlier. however they didn't let us know until we arrived. extremely poor. The upgrade was nice and ruined because it was all last minute.

Rooms are nice sized; full extensive breakfast, eggs made to order; they'll make you lattes and cappuccino if you ask for no extra cost. Walkable to lots of restaurants and shops and transportation options to most of Bogota

Wanted me to pay for room in advance because the total bill was going to be over a certain amount (we stayed 6 days second week, 3 the previous week); didn't make sense since they had my credit card on file. They allowed us to pay at the end when I objected.

It's an excellent place to stay. We've stayed there 4 times over 4 years and it almost feels like home away from home. The rooms, the breakfast, the staff is all amazing. The small suite has a great couch to relax on and all the amenities that one would need. It also come with two toilets which is great for marriage.

The closet space is a bit small but otherwise can't think of anything else we didn't like.

I loved the breakfast. It had a lot of different things to offer, both in terms of drinks and food. The staff was incredibly friendly, each morning attentively asking how we'd like out eggs and coffee. The fact that the eggs are prepared individually is amazing, since we all know how the eggs on a buffet table can sometimes turn out. Another great mention about the staff is that they all spoke good English. I spent 10 days in Bogota, and that ability was not always easy to come by. Another huge props goes to the room service, as they were also very attentive. They would never insistently bang on our door every morning at 10. Instead it was as if they timed their visits to suit our need. Even in days when we went out pretty late, we would come back to see our room clean and tidy, and the stocks of refilled.

I think the breakfast could benefit from having some more meat options. Maybe some pasta, and bacon for the weekends, to those of us from europe that love brunch. A minor hitch with the room was that we never had a remote for the tv. Only for the entertainment system connecting to the screen. Also we were a little disappointed by the lack of a bath. The list of equipment for our room on the website, showed that it had a bath, and even had a picture of one. The only thing we had was a shower. But these minor inconveniences were basically forgotten by how friendly the overall staff were, and the overall experience.

Good options for breakfast. Central location in a quiet area. I like the sink to be separated from the rest of the bathroom. It has a refrigerator and a coffee maker. The hotel provides water bottles daily

The room lacks sufficient outlets near the beds. I miss having a small microwave.

We stayed here for one short night between flights. The location is great - near a nice park and many good restaurants and bars. The concierge were very friendly and helpful. The facilities / room were good - slightly dated in a couple places, but we had no complaints. It was very quiet during the night, and we felt quite safe.

Location was excellent. Cute restaurants, market nearby. Park nearby. Beautiful view of mountains. Felt safe in that neighborhood. Also very convenient that a mall was right there next to property.

Nothing to say about that. No complaints really.

De breakfast was very good, buffet was very variable. The service at the restaurant was very appreciate good employee's attend and very educated. Hotel was next or a door far from a shopping mall. Nice room excellent view and right on the spot where we needed not far from the closed clinic.

Well, we had issues with the air but with the climate of Bogota it was worth open the windows ad night no noises very calm. By the end of the week, we didn't need de air condition.

The location and the friendly staff

The room with balcony we booked is a little worn out, especially the carpet, stains, and the smell typical of a room without ventilation, despite having a huge door to the balcony that can be opened while making the room. But this is actually complaining complaining on a high level, looking for constructive critics. :). All in all the hotel is great: location, friendly and attentive staff, very good breakfast. Great value for price!
