1. Good location There’s a covered walkway (closed 1-6am) from the hotel to Gardens mall, which then has a walkway to Megamall Easy to get a Grab car into KL or PJ without being in the heart of town 2. Great service staff Just very friendly and helpful, from checking in all the way down to small things like holding the lift at the end of the corridor 3. Upkeep and environment were excellent 4. Very decent breakfast buffet with live roti canai and egg stations

Everything was fine at this hotel and I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff, the cleanliness, the breakfast, the swimming pool, the bar, all good here and cannot complain about anything. Two good shopping center close to it, all fine.

All fine and cannot complain about anything. It was a bit far from city center but there is metro station next to the hotel which makes it very easy to get to the city center in less than 15 minutes.

Very new boutique hotel with good functional facilities and car parking in a great location near Mid Valley Megamall. Staff were always courteous and attentive. They did their absolute best to make my stay most comfortable and enjoyable. Well done to all staff from check in, security/porters and cleaning crew. Thank you

A bit of a walk to Mid Valley (15mins). It has an escalator going up to the bridge adjoining Gardens Mall and the LRT/KTM station. Strange that there was no escalator or lift to go back down. Stairs only, not good for people with knee joint problems or wheelchairs. You have to divert to Mercu 2 tower to take a lift down, then cross a couple of roads to get back to Amari Hotel via Mercu Aspire tower. A bit dangerous if it’s wet and cars don’t stop at the zebra crossings. Not Amari hotel’s fault but the developers who built the access to the LRT/KTM station and Gardens Mall. Obvious cost cutting measure but a totally daft move increasing public liability risk.

Loved the room and bathroom - spacious, clean and comfortable. Serving cold drinks at the reception were very thoughtful. The breakfast buffet was great - absolutely loved the teh tarik and rare local fruit serving (buah pulasan). I've stayed in many 5 star hotels, Amari KL was on point with their local touch including the display of local arts!

Whilst it's great that the hotel is trying to reduce single use plastic (no bottled water in the room), I felt very uncertain about drinking water from the special faucet placed in the bathroom - how is this hygienic? I mean, it's at the sink where you also wash your hands and brush your teeth, next to the toilet which people often flush with the seat up. There has to be a way to make this a better, hygienic option.

Beds as bit too soft, but very clean and well made everyday. 1st floor restaurant is great for breakfast, but barely used in the evenings, so very few staff, food comes too slowly, even for a small group of ten. Curly chips were fried so much they could break your teeth. …and the dinning room itself was so cold you felt like you had to wear a hoodie to keep warm…this also meant the food went cold very quickly. Took 35mins to serve all the main courses for our group of ten, meaning the first person to get food was finished before the last person had been served. If the hotel can improve the restaurant experience…and not over cook your fries, you might get more repeat business in the restaurant. Other wise a nice hotel. (The breakfast buffet was good!)

New, clean and very good breakfast spread. Love the space for the rooms. There’s a small mall right next to it and gigantic megamall within 5 mins walk. The swimming pool has an infinity view albeit slightly smaller in size. The security guards are the friendliest and always open the car doors for guest.

Room door couldn’t be unlocked and I had to go down to the recep twice so check on the access card. Had to request for the officers to come up and open the door for us as our extended check out time was nearing

Convenient location. Short walk to Midvalley Mega Mall. Staff are professional and helpful. Special thanks to the hotel doormen. They had been extremely polite and helpful.

The housekeeping hours. In most hotels, housekeeping is done late morning. But at this hotel it was at about 4pm. This was normally the time that we went back to our rooms and rest after long day out. So it took a bit of planning to make sure the rooms get cleaned.

The property is relatively new. The buffet breakfast got so much items to select. The location is near to shopping area but they need to make it more convenient especially for elderly people ( going using escalator but coming back using steps very difficult for elderly people).

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Our room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and luxury. The attention to detail—from the quality linens to the in-room amenities—truly stood out. We had complimentary drinks & snacks in the fridge which was very thoughtful! It’s out of the crazy traffic of KLCC and Bukit Bintang - we caught train into KLCC for the twin towers. We were only in KL for 16hrs. Husband said most comfortable bed he had ever slept in. Great big rooms. Only issue is you can’t have kids in a room. I extra bed only. So we had to book two rooms. 40-50mins from airport. Apparently connected to a shopping centre but we were only there for an express visit. Aircon is a little loud to sleep with it on so you need to turn it off.
