Prominent location with super markets and many Indian food outlets around.
No windows… yes, literally no windows or outside view from the rooms. We were inside 4 walls with 3 cots in it.

This is my second visit to My Hotel, my family love the place and very close to all the major attractions. Staff is very good. Thank you for the good service and hope to see you soon...

Breakfast items are limited in number and no variation for each day.There should be more option as corn flake,Milk,Egg etc

I am comfortable with the bed. Very spacious room. Overall okay. Very good location. Nearby restaurants and kk mart.
The door excess is not functioning.. we can't even go out. If we go out the hotel staff had to come and open the door for us. So disappointed. Toilet should be provided toiletries. The is no toiletries. Only soap provided. Price could be cheaper.

Location was ok, 5 -10 minutes walk.
My room was not refurbish yet .Other floors had their rooms done. Wrong choice of floor.

The location is really nice ,nearby malls and monorel etc. The room quite spacious. Overall good stay.
Not much. The staff isn't that welcoming but probably due to tiredness because I check-in during night but it would be much better if he had a better expression. And the room lighting is quite dim but not that much problem.
