The hotel was as described, except the photos of the junior suite had a couch and there was no sitting area in the room. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioner worked well, nothing beats the location!

Our bathroom had a horrible smell, like a dirty grease trap. The walls between the rooms were thin and we could hear people's conversations in the room next door.

A special shoutout to Gervacio at the front desk, He always goes above and beyond to answer my questions and ensure everything run smoothly throughout my stay. That personal attention truly makes a difference. I’ll definitely be recommending this hotel to friends.

The beach chairs and umbrelas are only set up until 3 PM. It would be wonderful if they could remain available later in the day, especially for guests who enjoy the quieter afternoon hours or want to catch the sunset. Extending those amenities into the evening would make an already great beach experience even better!

We loved the location, staff, and the hotel. The room had a great view, ac the balcony was very large. It was great to eat at the table and watch the ocean. The refrigerator was spacious it could fit a whole bag of ice. We enjoyed that we got 10% off from the restaurant down at the beach. Spent the whole day enjoying sun bathing and services.. when we arrived or the room was not ready, the staff did a great job and accommodated us. We were moved to a higher floor. It was great to be higher and see with no trees or obstructions. We would definitely come back to visit again.

On the sand in Amapas area of the Romantic zone. Great weather even in rainy season (summer).. It rains at night. Near great restaurants, and is on the sand.! Right next to Muertos pier/Muertos beach. Highly recommend this older, 1985, well-kept hotel. Great view of Bucerias Bay from most rooms.

The only thing that is missing is a rooftop bar. Not a problem though, because great bars are a block to two blocks away

The property has wonderful staff. Dora always kept our room clean and fresh. She always checked on us to make sure the room was to our liking. I wish i remembered his name, younger guy mid 20s at the front desk. Wonderful customer service and was always honest about how to travel around or places to eat.

The hot tub or whatever you want to call it… it’s an old run down hot tub that doesn’t work. The rooftop was nice to drink a few beers and watch the sunset. The lounge chairs at the beach provided by the restaurant connected to the hotel are perfect. WiFi was strong and AC unit was great. I saw complaints about a weird smell because of moisture, but I never smelt it. As a precaution, I brought an air freshener and moisture container from the dollar store in the states. It may have helped, but honestly the price of the hotel was right on budget.

I want to congratulate the entire staff for their professionalism, kindness, smiles and ready to assist at every given moment. The best staff I have experienced around the world! The location was great. I loved my balcony and the 5th floor was wonderful for relaxation and kept up very well by staff.

The toilet in my room was to close to the shower but not fixable due to plumbing.

I loved being on the beach. The staff were working very hard to keep the place clean. all staff were kind, courteous.

The Wi Fi was often unreliable. I don’t know if it was the room I was in or if I had been on a higher floor at the Wi-Fi might’ve been better. I was hoping to work more, but I actually cancelled a couple of clients because the Wi-Fi just wasn’t stable enough to hold a Zoom meeting.

The location is right on the beach and the nicer rooms have a large fridge and stovetop. The view is amazing.

This is no 5 star hotel but clean and in a great location. The television screen is tiny, but we were not there to watch TV. There is no pool or provided beach towels. Just like most locations in PV, guests are not allowed in your room in an effort to reduce theft and protect tourists.

The hotel is on the beach in the heart of the Zone Romantica. We had one of the less expensive rooms facing the street instead of the ocean, so it was a bit noisy. ALL of the staff were very friendly and helpful. That was the best part...and the hotel is right above the restaurant Si Señor.

We requested a room with 2 twin beds, but the hotel couldn't guarantee it until arrival. By that time, the cost of the room was not refundable if they didn't have the room we requested.

Step out of the hotel and you are on the beach where you can swim. You can hear the waves lapping the shore at night. The hotel is in the heart of Puerto Vallarta’s Romantica Zone where the restaurants are on the beach. It is opposite cafes, restaurants, beauty salons, bars, and shops.The hotel offers sun beds to laze on either at the beach or on the roof top. All the staff are very happy, helpful and welcoming. I just loved the Christmas tree being decorated by the lovely staff whilst I was there!
