Dining options were amazing and they helped receive a cake I had ordered and delivered to the restaurant our family ate at.

Their reservation system messed up the booking from booking.com and the front desk staff tried to blame both me and booking.com. The manager I spoke to finally acknowledged that it was not a mistake on my part and would let his supervisor know and have them reach out to me to leave things on a better note for us but never did. Housekeeping also tried to lie and say I had the DND light on for why they didn’t clean our room the first night and do turndown service.

The place is amazing, you really never have to leave the property for any water relaxation. If you do then the transportation is top notch. It is absolutely amazing. You have to see it for yourself.

When you arrive and leave they hit you up with upgrading to a VIP status and waste most of your time trying to pitch it to you with a tour that takes up hours of your short time there! WE didn't fall for it this time due to past experiences so please don't do it unless you have extra thousands to spend. Just say no thank you ( 400 times ) and explore yourself.

Where do I start? Nothing short of mind blowing! The 5 star service with staff that are there to help you at every turn! ! The fabulous restaurants and bars that cater for every taste and desire! The well laid out rooms which have obviously been meticulously planned to make your visit so comfortable and seamless! The spotless grounds and gardens! The well-orchestrated transport provided to and from each of the theme parks! I will be shouting the praises of this property to anyone and everyone who’ll listen and we will definitely return.

I didn't like that we only had 5 nights in this paradise. Next time we need to double that!!

The room and the facilities are gorgeous. Food quality is superb (the vegan restaurant was our fave). Staff were super friendly and always very helpful. So many amenities and goodies to take home.

The rooms are not sound proof, it can get annoying at night. The portions at the restaurants were too big imo. Elevators were sometimes a bit messy.

Dinner, Courteous employees, everything was wonderful

Check in was frustrating, it took over 3 hours to get into a room. Was there at 3pm and didn't get into a room until 6:30... When booking through the app booking.com the room we ordered was not available.

The hotel grounds are excellent. So beautiful. The staff are so helpful. This was our 4th time here and we loved it. The all fun inclusive part of it is amazing.

The stay was great, but I do have a comment about our return trip to the airport. We were waiting in line and checked in for the return bus to the airport at the time requested (1:30), but nobody had brought our bags. We kept asking, and employees would go to find our bags, but then nobody got our bags. Then, the bus driver said he had to leave and closed the door. At that point I got very frustrated and was quite upset. Finally they rushed to get our bags and we got on the bus. I was very upset because we were standing in line waiting for 20 minutes and we were ignored most of the time until I got upset and started yelling. That was NOT the way I wanted to end my vacation at the hotel.

Everything!! The resort is spotless and beautifully decorated. The rooms are stunning! They are so clean and so spacious! For an all inclusive the food is incredible. It is all mainly unprocessed fresh food. I have stayed in many all inclusive hotels all over Mexico and this has some of the best food! The service was incredible! Everyone is so helpful! There is so much to do! I highly recommend this resort as I have been to many others in Cancun and this one is one of the bests.

The only downside is that there is no real beach to lay on. If that is what you are going for maybe staying in Cancun is best. They have created an artificial beach which is beautiful! You won’t notice is as there are pools to go lay by.

the property is beautiful and the food is phenomenal

front desk staff is deceiving and will send you to “concierge “ to tell you about the property, but in reality it’s for time share. My 3rd time to this resort and it was underwhelming seeing so many people touring the property & having staff asking if you attended a meeting for timeshare. I don’t trust front desk staff any longer because they are liars. it happened with 3 different front desk staff sending me to “concierge “

Lack of information through booking but from the hotel itself toi about what services and parks were included in the price. I had bought extra tickets to xel-Ha and xcaret because I have not bern aware of that.
