Great location, especially if you have to be close to the Tecnologico de Monterrey. The plaza where it's located is filled with restaurants, and convenience stores. Nice view from the room, which has everything you might need.

Noise from one of the bars in the plaza impacted (mainly) my room since it was in the corner next to it.

The location and the rooms

The staff in the front desk was rude when we first got there, it was 5am and the lady was visibly irritable and prissy. The room service phone never worked and there was no hair dryer in the room even though it was listed.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was very nice

The gym was very basic and run down. I t definitely needs renovations. Also, the elevators were very small and took a long time.

My husband and I usually stay in this location because it's close to everything we need. 

This stay was different. We usually park on the roof next to the hotel, but this time there was an event going on the roof, so we parked below ground. The next day, my truck was damaged, and someone tried to break in. This has never happened in the past, but this experience will not let us go back there again because of the parking. My truck's back windows were scratched, and some things were broken from the back. 

the staff was very attentive and overall we had aa great time during the night we stayed in the facilities. The hotel is well located it has a lot of things to do in the surrounding area.

Although the staff was very attentive the main desk area in the lobby area is too small and we took a good time to move in line to get our parking ticket to get out.

there's seem to be an issue with music bands playing nearby clubs within the plaza which is understandable. personally that didn't bother me. just a bit loud. not excessively loud.

Loved that the jacuzzi was eorking at night and tge cleanliness amd safety of the room.

Sometimes parties interrupted the stay. Luckily it was noy next to my room.

The views are amazing. We loved the views. Also clean and your typical hotel chain standard

Price. A bit on the pricey side but it’s ok. They should have an option to increase temperature on the ACs. It was super cold when we visited and we couldn’t increase the AC temperature.

This is an excellent experience every time i use this facility. It is awesome place. And the Buffett magnificent.

A good location for visiting schools nearby. Restaurants nearby are good.

There are a few bars in front of the hotel that play loud music until 1am or so. The hotel should improve the sound proof windows. Difficult to sleep with the noise.
