I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, my experience was quite positive. The hotel is very clean, which made my stay comfortable and pleasant. However, I found the big chair in the room to be too bulky, taking up valuable space that could be used for luggage. One of the best aspects of this hotel is its location. It is within walking distance to both the bus and tram stations, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. Whether you're heading out for sightseeing or commuting, the easy access to public transportation is a significant advantage. However, there were a few drawbacks during my stay. The reception area was not very helpful when it came to check-in time. The staff seemed somewhat not so welcoming, although they did allow us to check in early, which was appreciated after a long journey. Additionally, the breakfast was the same for both days of my stay, which lacked variety and became monotonous. On a positive note, the waitress during breakfast was very polite and provided excellent service. Despite these issues, the positives outweigh the negatives, and I would consider staying here again due to its cleanliness and convenient location.

The shower area was not fully enclosed, which led to water splashing out and making the bathroom floor wet every time. The partial glass stand did not adequately contain the water, resulting in a slippery and messy floor. This design flaw is not only inconvenient but also poses a safety risk, as it increases the likelihood of slipping.

The breakfast might have been the best part of my stay cause they had so many vegan options: vegan ham, cheese, etc. Fresh fruits, veggies and so much more at the breakfast was a really nice thing to have. The room was nice, with everything I needed.

The hotel didnt issue an invoice for company name, cause I forgot to give them the details at the check out time. I know it's kinda my fault, but still. The room was nice, with everything I needed, except for the water. It stated that tap water was good to go, but the taste of it isnt that good, so I'd prefer normal bottled water

Exceptional location in the heart of Warsaw. Polite receptionist, the cleaning staff were always busy taking care of the cleanliness all around the building. The breakfast buffet was not only delicious, but versatile. The room was cosy with two sided pillows available. Also great view from the higher floors on some the city.

Due the ventilation system I’ve felt like the air inside the room was too dry, something which can be uncomfortable for people with sensitive respiratory system. Maybe a humidifier could be helpful.

The staff is very nice, the building new and very modern, everything is clean and in the best condition. You will enjoy a fabulous breakfast, complimentary coffee/tea throughout the day, you can hang out in the HolidayInn lounge or you can choose the Crown Plaza bar. They have a roof top bar for which I recommend a reservation in advance. You will also find a Biedronka supermarket, McDonald's and a Thai bistro in the hotel underground. We enjoyed an absolutely perfect stay.

I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Express Warsaw and couldn’t be more pleased. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel’s location is perfect—close to major attractions, public transport, and plenty of restaurants, making it ideal for both sightseeing and business trips. The facilities were excellent, with modern, clean, and comfortable rooms equipped with everything I needed. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of fresh options, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Overall, the hotel offered a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Warsaw.

Booked as it was close to the office. It shares a building (and lifts) with the Crowne Plaza so there is a fancier bar on hand if needed. Staff were very welcoming. Room was compact but had everything needed including ironing facilities and a kettle/fridge/hairdryer. Everything was very modern and clean. The shower was excellent and bed very comfortable. WiFi good. Glazing also good as heard no noise from outside. Breakfast was fine. Big vegan selection along with the usual suspects. Nice coffee. Drink and snack selection available in downstairs lounge. Would stay there again.

Towels were tiny. No other complaints.

A fantastic hotel in a perfect location. Everything was within arms reach! The facilities were perfect, clean and modern. The breakfast was delicious with huge variety of options for all tastes. There were also plenty of options gor vegans.

The parking was a bit tricky to access. While located nearby, it isn’t exactly the same building. The staff said we could access the underground parking by using the hotel’s elevator, but we kept getting “access denied”. We ended up having a short walk every time we needed to access the car. Not a huge problem, but using the hotel’s elevator would have made it definitely more convenient.

Parking 30eur per night is overpriced.

The staff was exceptional. A big thank you to everyone at the reception desk. Very friendly and helpful. We wanted to leave several bags for the rest of the day after the check out and there was no problem, no hesitation. The room was very good, the bed was comfortable, everything was clean and we also felt 0 noise from outside. It was a very good night's sleep. Breakfast was good as well.

The only thing I have to point out is, even if the building has the name of the hotel on it, there is no clear sign outside pointing to the correct door for the hotel. We entered a different door and had to ask where the part of our hotel was.

The staff was friendly, however we do have one gripe. We were staying with the dog, the breakfast area does not accept dogs so we tried to bring the breakfast upstairs to our room. We were told that “the plates cannot leave breakfast area”. Only after some liaising and promissing to bring the plates back after we are finished we are allowed to do it on an exception basis. It is fine, we understand the rules, but there should be some warning system in place, if a person is staying with a dog AND pre-pays for breakfast there should be a notification sent, saying that you will not be allowed to bring the breakfast to your room. We were surprised, because it is not the first time we took the breakfast upstairs and it was ok in other hotels.
