The location of the hotel was very good, with tram, metro and bus transport right at its front door, just 2 metro stops away from city center and 3 from the old town. The building is a modern one and the room was sizeable and with great view. t is just 10 minutes walk away from the Warsaw uprising museum which is worthy to visit. You don't need to bring an umbrella with you...because the hotel provides one to guests. Even though it was June, it was raining every day, and this accessory helped us a lot, so....thank Mr. Holiday Inn!

great staff! always nice and willing to help... give them a bonus :) very cleen, even spotless! Although a relative small room it felt spacious. brakefast was included with the price, so the price was really worth it. very modern and feels brand new. great location, 10-15 min walk to zlote shopping mall and city center... and 1 min walk to the metro. also once you enter the metro, there is a vert nice area with shops a fast food restaurants we wanted to stay a few extra days but it was fully booked.

The only thing is a suggestion is to change the menu for brakefast a bit every other day. yet, we were there only 2 days. A good brakefast all the same, all that you need.

The hotel has a perfect location, about 25 minutes walk to the main train station, or if you prefer - subway station right outside, takes you to the centre in 4 minutes. The hotel is modern and clean, rooms aren't too big but very cosy - bed is very comfortable, blackout curtains a big help! Bathroom is okay, although the glass wall of the shower could be longer - I didn't manage to take a shower without splashing water on the bathroom floor. Room is equipped with iron and ironing board - love that! The staff are very nice and always helpful! Breakfast was okay, tasty, but the selection was very limited, especially during weekend around 9AM, many things were missing and the staff couldn't keep up 😕 Next day we came earlier and the selection was bigger - everything super tasty! Coffee was also good! I'd suggest to add more vegetables and fruit to the buffet.

Shower's glass wall was too short - caused splashing all over the bathroom Limited options at breakfast and really crowded during the weekend, it was hard to find a table and there were many dirty tables for a long time that the staff didn't clean fast enough

The hotel is located very close to a metro station and to other bus/tram stations, which were convenient for us to use while visiting. The rooms were quite spacious and clean, so was the bathroom. We could also leave our luggage at the reception until check-in time. We didn't use it but we even had an iron and a foldable ironing board in the room, which I thought was a great addition, in case someone needs it. The breakfast buffet is quite varied, and they restock frequently enough, if you can't find something you'd like, and you're okay with waiting a little. They also have some vegan options too :) There are USB charging ports next to the bed but if you'd like to use the actual sockets, make sure to check that the type of plug you use fits the type E electric socket :) I had a type C charger and it could be used too, but others might not be compatible.

A little inconvenience was that there was no shower door, only a glass pane covering half of the shower area. There's a high chance of getting water on the floor and there's no mop to wipe it - had to use a towel to keep it from spreading. You need to bring your own slippers because there aren't any in the room. My personal towel was taken away along with the hotel ones, while the room was cleaned. However, thankfully, the person at the reception managed to talk to the staff and recover it before the towels all got sent to be washed, apparently somewhere outside the hotel 😂 Please instruct the staff not to take for washing anything that doesn't look hotel-owned 😅

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, my experience was quite positive. The hotel is very clean, which made my stay comfortable and pleasant. However, I found the big chair in the room to be too bulky, taking up valuable space that could be used for luggage. One of the best aspects of this hotel is its location. It is within walking distance to both the bus and tram stations, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. Whether you're heading out for sightseeing or commuting, the easy access to public transportation is a significant advantage. However, there were a few drawbacks during my stay. The reception area was not very helpful when it came to check-in time. The staff seemed somewhat not so welcoming, although they did allow us to check in early, which was appreciated after a long journey. Additionally, the breakfast was the same for both days of my stay, which lacked variety and became monotonous. On a positive note, the waitress during breakfast was very polite and provided excellent service. Despite these issues, the positives outweigh the negatives, and I would consider staying here again due to its cleanliness and convenient location.

The shower area was not fully enclosed, which led to water splashing out and making the bathroom floor wet every time. The partial glass stand did not adequately contain the water, resulting in a slippery and messy floor. This design flaw is not only inconvenient but also poses a safety risk, as it increases the likelihood of slipping.

The breakfast might have been the best part of my stay cause they had so many vegan options: vegan ham, cheese, etc. Fresh fruits, veggies and so much more at the breakfast was a really nice thing to have. The room was nice, with everything I needed.

The hotel didnt issue an invoice for company name, cause I forgot to give them the details at the check out time. I know it's kinda my fault, but still. The room was nice, with everything I needed, except for the water. It stated that tap water was good to go, but the taste of it isnt that good, so I'd prefer normal bottled water

Exceptional location in the heart of Warsaw. Polite receptionist, the cleaning staff were always busy taking care of the cleanliness all around the building. The breakfast buffet was not only delicious, but versatile. The room was cosy with two sided pillows available. Also great view from the higher floors on some the city.

Due the ventilation system I’ve felt like the air inside the room was too dry, something which can be uncomfortable for people with sensitive respiratory system. Maybe a humidifier could be helpful.

Friendly staff, customer-oriented. We asked for an extra bed, which was done immediately. The hotel itself is located in a modern building, especially the fast elevators, the breakfast is normal, somewhat traditional (omelette, sausage, etc.). The room is good, the beds are quite good, the TV and internet work well. There is a refrigerator. Funny shampoo and shower gel made of cabbage and dill.

Parking is available but you have to pay separately and it's quite expensive. You have to take the right position in the shower to avoid spilling water on the floor.

The staff is very nice, the building new and very modern, everything is clean and in the best condition. You will enjoy a fabulous breakfast, complimentary coffee/tea throughout the day, you can hang out in the HolidayInn lounge or you can choose the Crown Plaza bar. They have a roof top bar for which I recommend a reservation in advance. You will also find a Biedronka supermarket, McDonald's and a Thai bistro in the hotel underground. We enjoyed an absolutely perfect stay.

I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Express Warsaw and couldn’t be more pleased. The hotel’s location is perfect—close to major attractions, public transport, and plenty of restaurants, making it ideal for both sightseeing and business trips. The facilities were excellent, with modern, clean, and comfortable rooms equipped with everything I needed. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of fresh options, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Overall, the hotel offered a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Warsaw.
