Good breakfast after asking not burn toast, after that love toast plus fruits…… Very friendly environment… Very patience with communication…

I don’t like the toilet seat because it was uncomfortable . The toilet cover won’t open way up…..

We needed to check out and wait (going on a cruise); a large number of other guests were also waiting, so no place to sit, no ability to sit outside by the pool; staff took no responsibility for luggage stored in the lobby while we waited.

The staff and restaurant personnel were very helpful. Area was clean and well stocked. The Maid, Nancy, made sure the room had plenty of water and coffee. Its nice to come back and have the room done and stocked. Thanks Nancy If you want a cool place to hang out, go to Distrito T-Mobile, its a $dollar Uber ride from the Hotel. pubs, restaurants, Gaming and plenty of things to do for the entire family. Mattresses are not comfortable at all. There was a constant noise from above like something rolling. The Windows are not double pain that would assist from hearing people talking...even though I was on the 11th floor. Room was facing the street, so they should try to put heavier curtains or something with the windows to dampen the noise.

Reliable, Clean, Great location, Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff

Some of the furniture in the room (mostly chairs and some pillows) are not comfortable. Neither is the placement of the toilet which makes the toilet cover not stand on it's own as a portion of the countertop protrudes enough to push it forward.

Easily accesible, central location to nearby amenities, very clean areas and exceptional staff. Security is tops around the property. Special thanks to our wonderful parking attendants, they did a terrific job!

Room needs updating, dresser has loose drawers, AC hard to set at comfortable level but adequate. Parking fee we consider rather excessive but is at competitive level with other hotels in the area. We’ve stayed at several Marriott hotels in the mainland and parking is generally complementary.

unfortunately in our stay PR has a big storm and the A/c system shut down and in the rooms no work

Location, staff friendliness and knowledge

The AC in the room was not working properly. Had to lower the temperature to 66 to make it feel like 70

Restaurant and Bar were excellent, friendly staff, a little high price on the octopus which was excellent and drinks awesome.

Had no dislikes, we enjoyed our stay.

Close to cruise terminal and food. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was on point.

We arrived early and had no place to put luggage whiling waiting for rooms.

It was ok. Kinda hard to screw up breakfast.

I know they couldn't help it but the guest elevator broke the morning of departure. Had to use the staff elevator.. Dirty and a lot of delays.
