The room was spacious and provided a lovely view of San Juan and the local residential homes. The quality of cleanliness was very high throughout the entire building. Although breakfast wasn't available during our stay, we found a local coffee shop to fulfill that request! Also, Norma, the concierge, was extremely nice and kind - thank you!

A few amenities would've been great to add into the room (e.g. iron and ironing board, facial towels). Also, the elevator has some technical issues (e.g. efficiency getting from one level to the next) so my sibling and I decided to use the stairs on the final day. Also, the room door lock needs crucial maintenance.

The room allowed for a couple to each open a suitcase without them being a hazard. The public areas were a bit dated and not very attractive but if one could look past that then everything was fine. The exiatence of an elevator was very welcome. Tand to explain everything to us.he snack machine was very welcome. The free ride to the cruise port was a surprise for me and very well received. All the basic needs for an overnight stay were adequately met and the staff as there to greet us after midnight . Much better alternative to paying such high costs at the other available hotels. Seemed as if the hotel was near to services and not in an isolated residential area.

The exterior and public areas were a bit dingy and dated and belied the very comfort able and spacious room awaiting you. Sign on door was missing a letter or two. .No phones in room but not too inconvenient to return to receptionist.

Good location. In the Carolina neighborhood with the Marriott, Hilton, etc. Walked to cafés, grocery, bars. Very nice. The staff was super helpful. Went out of their way for us. Free shuttle to cruise port, thank goodness, or I’d have gone to the wrong place. Very close to cruise port.

Great location for staying the night before a cruise. They offered free shuttle service to the cruise port. We arrived at 1030 p.m. The staff was great at getting us registered and off to our room quickly. Very friendly. The room was comfortable and is air conditioned.

We were right next to the elevator, so it was noisy from people getting on and off. We could hear them loudly. The room door needs to be more secure. I didn't feel the lock was enough security.

The rooms are huge and the decor was stunning. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and hospitable. It is one of the better valued hotels in San Juan.

the hotel is connected to a restaurant that is extremely busy. To get to our room we had to cross through the restaurant. We arrived at the hotel at almost midnight and it was still chaotic. On Sundays, it’s even worse because apparently brunch is very popular. Our room was right next to the hotel entrance and the doors slam. It is a very noisy hotel.

The property was close to the cruise port and had a shuttle that took you there in the morning. The staff were friendly and helpful!

The property is nothing fancy but it served our purpose as a pre-cruise stopover. Maybe some drinks or snacks available to purchase or coffeemakers in the rooms but not much to complain about. It was just about what we expected.

The team there was beyond helpful when we arrived early. When we needed to coordinate some family members returning to the hotel, they again were very accommodating.

The HDMI cable for the cable TV had been broken by someone previously. They took a picture and offered to replace it, but since we were leaving the next morning, we declined.

It was clean and it was nice that they offered a free shuttle to the cruise port. In the bathroom there were no wash clothes or hand towels, only bath towels. It was not very quiet due to a lot street noise.

It had nice size beds, was clean, lovely shower and a balcony with an excellent city view. Wasn't too far from a main street and market. My mother loved the balcony so much she almost didn't want to leave it. It was well kept.
