The location was excellent it was close to food and entertainment. It was also a short ride to other activities for excursions and the beach.

The breakfast is absolutely disgusting. Not many options for breakfast. With the prices they charge for the rooms seem like if they are going to include breakfast make it a good breakfast. Also the front desk held the amount for the room on my card and my husband card and the incidentals. If I'm on vacation I don't need my CC tied up. I'm glad we had cash and other CC to use.

The desk staff were extremely helpful. We wanted authentic Puerto Rican food, and the recommended restaurant was perfect. The shuttle to/from Old San Juan was appreciated. We were able to check in early as requested because we arrived from a cruise and had to checkout early because of a middle of the night flight.

The toilet was broken. The water continued to run after flushing. The price was excessive. A one night stay (actually 10 hours) shouldn’t cost over $350. Although we appreciated the shuttle, we had to rush through dinner because the last pickup from Old San Juan was 6:00 pm.

I think the overall price is a bit high. Compared to rates in the states it was extremely high for the same level of comfort/amenities. I booked this to ensure I could hold luggage on my final day in San Juan, but I wish it could have been less expensive.

Free breakfast was great - good selection of food options! Hotel staff were very helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Hotel also provided free shuttle service to Old San Juan, which was a nice surprise.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional, demonstrating remarkable helpfulness and attentiveness throughout our stay. Despite our early arrival, they graciously stored our luggage and offered breakfast while preparing a room for us promptly, though we had to decline as we had a pre-arranged tour. The facilities were well-maintained and impressive, including a swimming pool with a children’s play area and a bar, though we didn’t personally use them. Breakfast was good, offering a buffet selection of bacon, eggs, toast, fruits, and pastries.

I found the overall experience lacking in value for money. While the hotel was spotlessly clean, it showed its age in its décor and furnishings, which detracted slightly from the appeal. Despite the excellent service and facilities, the cost did not align with my expectations for what was provided.

It’s extremely close to the convention center (walking distance) and has restaurants nearby. I loved the food and the parking was great. The room is very comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. The dining area is pretty big and they always have snacks and drinks available. The breakfast area is also very nice, they have a variety of food options and drinks too. Very family friendly. Also they have free transportation to 4 key locations in San Juan.

The parking is quite small and there’s no room service, but it’s no big deal.

The desk staff met our needs courteously and efficiently. Breakfast variety was fairly good. We were able to get a late check out because we didn’t check in until 1 am. We were also able to grab a shuttle to the cruise port which was an unexpected surprise.

There was no where to get hot food. Even though the hotel is highly rated, prices are too high for a single night. Close to $500.00 a night is overpriced when the same room was a little more than half that a year ago.

The staff was really nice and welcoming. The property was clean, the rooms were nice and beds were comfortable!

Since the environment is very humid so were the rooms. It was too cold in the rooms but when we turned the AC off the floor got really wet. Not much the hotel can do because that’s just how the climate is. Also the breakfast at the buffet could be better.

The hotel is so pretty so clean near to everything easy access Walking distance to restaurants and activities I really like the pool for the kids they enjoy The food was delicious the breakfast very nice The service was excellent The girls and the guys in the front desk they were very nice very helpful Me and my family really enjoy our stay we will come back again definitely and thank you for everything

The parking price was too high my opinion if you’re staying in the hotel as I guess you shouldn’t be paying parking another thing the pool it will be nicer if the water have a heating because the water was too cold I would like to see some microwaves in the rooms

We checked out before breakfast. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool was great. The lobby was spacious and comfortable.

The floor in our room was very dirty and needed to be mopped. Our HVAC unit was very noisy so we had to turn it off. The gorgeous LED's that lit up the outside of the building were directly outside of our window and could not be blocked out.
