The location on Santurce was pretty central to all we wanted to do, Ubers were cheap to get around. The rooms have a fun modern motif, beds were comfortable. Rooftop has nice views. Good restaurants nearby.

We had to switch rooms midstay because it took 15 minutes for the bathtub to drain, the sound on the remote did not work (and they couldn't switch it out), and the bathroom soap dispenser didn't dispense soap. By 3pm the room had not been made up. Housekeeping saw us enter the room so they knocked on the door. We asked her to come back in 5 minutes but she barged in, with a HUGE ATTITUDE PROBLEM, and barely made the beds before taking the tip and leaving - no trash taken or towels replaced. We called the front desk to complain and they sent someone immediately. We smelled Marijuana in the hallway one day but it was a single occurrence.

The location is convenient and feels safe. Room size good; clean; good king size mattress; microwave and fridge in room, but no coffeemaker. Very friendly staff. Do not miss the rooftop! Great place to sit at night and enjoy the view over San Juan. Lots of good restaurants in the neighborhood and also a supermarket - 3 min walk.

Hotel Miramar is like a step back into the 80s. You can feel it especially in the bathrooms; water pressure can be low. The rooms are clean, but dated, e.g. the bedsheets are worn. We stayed New Year's, when there was an island wide power outage. The generator tried to come on at 4am and it didn't work, kept trying 4-5 times until the techs came and fixed it. Unfortunately our room was right above it. Due to being short staffed there was no morning coffee 2 out of 4 days.

We had an early arrival, and the staff made it possible to check in earlier than the regular hour, so this was highly appreciated! The room was big and clean and the bed very confortable! Thank you so much for everything!

Hotel has a great location = Old San Juan is 30 minutes by walk or 10 minutes by public scooter, lagoon bay is behind the corner with a small beach. The room was pretty spacious and clean. As an additional points are for rooftop terrasse with a nice view to Old San Juan and lagoon 👌🏼

I miss an option for having breakfast right in the hotel. And small minus goes for a mould on the wall in bathroom.

There was a washer and dryer and the rooftop patio. It was on a street close to multiple restaurants and a grocery store. I loved the huge window in our room and the views at night.

We couldn’t watch Tv because the internet connection wasn’t strong enough for 2 nights. The one way street it was on was hard to navigate. Parking was hard but front desk told us a spot we could park for free and our car was safe. The dryer stopped working but front desk was very nice and dried our clothes for us. The elevator stopped working one day. It was fixed a few hours later.

I liked the hotel room. It was clean, spacious and, more important, quiet. The hotel is well located in the Miramar neighborhood close to many restaurants and to the Condado lagoon.

The hotel exceeded my expectations except for the bathroom. For some odd reason the toilet was located on a corner and I could barely fit the space between the toilet and the front wall. I'd say that was my main complaint with the hotel room.

I stay here every time I travel to San Juan. This hotel is close to very good restaurants, the cinema and Condado. The staff all of them make you feel great with their greetings and Cust service. Management is great and very cuat serv oriented.

I like everything but I suggest they put coffee in the room. Even though they serve great coffe in the lobby sometimes you want to drink coffee as soon as you wake up. Also they can put one bottle of water I in the room. Only suggestions because frankly this is a great boutique hotel.

The ladies at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. Even when there was a rush at the desk, they remained cool and calm..and with a sense of humor!!! Nice for weary travellers. Also, the storage system of luggage before our cruise deported was a huge bonus.

Everything was great

This was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. Even the bathroom was practically spotless. The king room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located near a lot of decent and convenient food options, including a 24 hour restaurant right across the street. The rooftop deck is a very chill spot. We spent most evenings relaxing up there, and took home very fond memories of the great views of the city. I like that you can open the windows up a bit and get the breeze coming in off the water, which helps with the tropical humidity without having to blast the AC. Parking was also very easy, which was a huge relief after navigating the streets of San Juan all day.

A few small touches would go a long way, especially in the bathroom. A dish for the soap, some towel racks, and more consistent hot water would be great improvements.

Quiet & Comfortabel Small Hotel. Rooms where just like in the pictures, spacious enough & the bed was comfortabel We had a great relaxing stay And so many options of restaurants down the street & a supermarket close by, everything was just a small walk away.

Mostly everything was good, only the courtains could be a bit longer to keep the sunlight out in the morning
