I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Hotel in Puerto Rico, and overall, my experience was very positive. The hotel impresses with its exceptional cleanliness and comfortable accommodations, making it a great choice for travelers seeking a relaxing stay. The facilities are well-maintained and modern, offering a range of amenities that cater to both leisure and business travelers. The service from the staff was consistently courteous and attentive, which truly enhanced my experience.

However, I did encounter an issue with the handling of my luggage. When I requested to have my luggage stored securely until I could go up to my room, it was returned to me with a black grease stain. I reported this incident to the front desk and requested to file a complaint for mishandling and the damage to my luggage, which was brand new and beige. The staff at the front desk was courteous and professional; they corroborated the incident with their security cameras and assured me that I would be reimbursed for the damages. While I appreciate their prompt response and the assurances provided, I am still awaiting the reimbursement and resolution of the damages. I trust that the hotel will uphold its commitment to repairing the damage and compensating for the mishandling.

The property was clean. I liked that there were events taking place. I loved that the staff was super polite. I liked that the hotel was in a great location and there was a complimentary shuttle to old San Juan and a near by beach.

I didn’t like that the rooms didn’t have microwaves but was glad there was a shared one on the 4th floor. A bit inconvenient as we stayed on the 8th floor but not too bad. One other minor complaint is that the sink in the bathroom did not drain well.

This place is absolutely gorgeous!!! The staff was very attentive and helpful also understanding!!! I love that they also have a microwave, the food was amazing n it was also 24 hour security!!! I wish we got to experience the pool 😔 they was cleaning it and the bar so we had to use the A Loft pool but everything else was wonderful!!!

I like the convenience of everything that was near by.

I didn’t like how there were teenagers all over the place, probably for prom. But marijuana smell all over to include my rest room. Breakfast buffet was upsetting as the buffet food was not good at all.

The staff was friendly and accessible. My room was clean and had a nice view of the city.

During the conference experience, I was attempting to access the floor where the party was being held. I asked the security guard why my card may not be working. He asked if I using a fake card in the hotel. I was absolutely appalled at the insinuation! I could not believe that would be his assumption.

The hotel we clean, the rooms were spacious. The view of the pool and area was spectacular. The location was just steps to restaurants in the T Mobile district. Really liked that there was a shuttle to Old San Juan. That was convenient!

The prices in the Cafe were high. It was $6.50 for a small cup of fruit. $10 and up for a slice of cake out of a cooler.
