Clean, modern, freshly renovated, comfortable bed and they provide Ritual products for the shower and sink.

In the descriptions gave me hours for breakfast but nothing was open in the morning including reception (which is empty until 2pm) also nobody answer messages if you have any concerns during that period of time. Which means I didn’t have breakfast or an answer from customer service. The area doesn’t have many food upturns around and there is not fridge, coffee maker or iron in the room. Pretty much just a place to sleep without any extra accommodation for $230+ without counting the extra $200 deposit in case you smoke (too much). The biggest downside is that check in is not allow until 4pm which I have never seen in any other hotel, to then check out at 11am.

Quiet location, quick uber from airport and Old San Juan (40 minute walk to Old San Juan, which can be fun to do once or twice). Uber is not expensive, so if you plan to stay in the city it isn't worth it to rent a car. The hotel has a generator, which held up in a power outage when other locations (restaurants) needed to close. There is also a nice beach like a 4-minute walk away, and a large fantastic beach about a 10-minute walk away. The Cafe Tropical around the corner is a great place for a meal or drink. The room was clean, bright, and modern. The hotel is locked (either buzzed in by front desk or enter a code) so it feels secure. Our room had a microwave and mini-fridge. Good temperature and water pressure in the shower.

No problems, I highly recommend this hotel, but some things are good to know. Be aware that the front desk is open from 2 pm - 6 am (closed in the mornings). The people at the front desk were very polite and always tried to be helpful, but were not very knowledgeable about things like nearby restaurants or how to explore more of the island. If you would like to ask about something not directly related to your stay at the hotel, just google it. Also, housekeeping happens every other day, and later in the day. One day I asked if our room could be cleaned as soon as possible after 2 pm, and it was cleaned around 5 pm. Again, everyone was very polite and helpful, and the room was cleaned well, but it happens later in the day.

The fact that there is not one hairdryer in the hotel was an unpleasant surprise. The toilet flushing handle is broken. This is the biggest: SOMEONE WAS ABLE TO ACCESS OUR ROOM! When we complained, the very nice lady that answered was not able to IMMEDIATELY change access code for our room. That is a management downfall. She got back to us and ASSURED us that nobody was going to enter our room. That's not how a hotel should conduct business. There's no safe box in the room. We really felt uncomfortable leaving our valuables unprotected.

Very close to scuba location, which was the reason for my trip. Large room with comfortable beds. Good value compared to others in the area. Good restaurants and cafes nearby.

Wifi kept dropping out. No hot water from shower. No check in till after 4pm which is later than most hotels.

Very light , modern hotel with security code on the entrance door and room door. No magnetic cards and this is exiting for me. Big windows. Stuff brilliant.

It was construction. Too of the window was black mold , wich is totally not good for health. The AC unit settled up in wrong place you just sleeping under AC. After cleaning the room, beds was super clean but it was not vacuumed and not fully prepared for next 2 days.

The property was CLEAN, beautifully decorated & everyone was so pleasant. When I would write the hotel they would respond immediately and send room service up with whatever we needed. They cleaned the rooms nicely. I loved that you needed a code to get in the property I felt safe and the percent part we were only a 2 min walk to the beach.

Everything was great, no complaints. I read the reviews and was a bit weary of staying but once I got there it was nothing like that!

Check in time is the only that sucks. But luckily my room was already ready so they allowed me to go lay down and I was able to check in later to get my room code to be able to come and go as I pleased. I was sooo grateful after having a long trip on a ship for 7 days. The stuff were very nice to me.

The location of the hotel is top tier. The landmarks I needed to visit were 10 mins or less away. Ubers were only $7-$10. The beach is about 3 minutes away and it’s beautiful.

The breakfast was below par for the price of the hotel. They only served cereal cups, two options of bagels, toasted bread slices, slices of cheese and meat, and the packaged muffins. Would’ve thought they offered a hot meal with the hotel being as deluxe as it is. Luckily, we had brunch reservations at different restaurants everyday of our stay.

Don't pay attention to the bad reviews, they are from people who don't experience hotels often. The hotel was very nice, well lit, and friendly staff who were attentive to our needs. Yes it is older, but clean. The room was made up, AC worked (had to turn it down) - remember Puerto Rico is always high humidity, expect it. The bathroom very clean. The room small but ok for our one night stay. Quiet - I could not hear any noises from outside the room. Tv worked well. THere is a small serviing area off of the reception, I believe they also serve food, but alcohol also. Breakfast exceeded my expectations more European style - bagels, toast, luncheon meats, cereal, etc. The staff constantly kept re stocking the breakfast (which was free). Surrounding area felt safe. No parking, but there is parking at an old hotel (Normandie) less than a block away. Felt safet walking and the lot had security guard.

Shower head broke while using, but no big deal, we got clean. Water was hot as opposed to some reviews.
