I loved everything about the hotel. The rooms were clean n comfortable. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was really good as well. The staffs were very welcoming and always happy to help. Special mention of Patrick who went out of his way to help us in anything we needed. The hotel was about 5 mins walking distance to main road and walking distance to sky train and MRT as well as Terminal 21. Highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay here if I come to Bangkok

Location was great, the staff were all helpful and were able to arrange taxis for us to the airport. Everything in the room worked and was clean and modern. The luggage storage area is safe too. The swimming pool was fine on the rooftop, which was nice to get into after a hot day in Bangkok

Our room that we booked was not available for 2 nights so we stayed in a smaller room however we were able to eventually move to our booked room which was bigger. Our initial room also did not have hand towels. Apart from that everything else was fine.

Okay breakfast, excellent location (close to ALL the action and transports), proper hotel, nice pool at the top (didnt swim because there were mostly old men there). The staff always smiled and said hello and they always opened the front door for me if they were there. I don't usually comment on staff, but i liked their warmth.

I felt like no matter what i did with thermostate, it was at the same function (blowing too much and too cold). Had to turn it off for the night. Woke up first night to turn it off because my throat was hurting. Other than that all good!

Great location just off Sukumvit road close to BTS and Terminal 21 shopping centre good value for money friendly staff, good breakfast

only one small point paid extra for a room with a balcony, don't bother the balcony is surrounded by other close buildings ,balcony furniture not clean waste of the extra money

The hotel is in a fabulous location, minutes away from the rail link and shopping mall. There are lots of bars and restaurants close by and fantastic night market 5 minutes walk away. The breakfast is great with lots of variety. The rooftop pool and restaurant are excellent set in a garden style which is very pleasant and relaxing.

The rooms are a little basic but is in keeping with its star rating. Beds were comfy and rooms clean which is the most important thing.

Staff are excellent, helpful, friendly and polite. Location is excellent. Rooms are fairly well equipped. It's a clean, comfortable and well run hotel in an excellent location.

Extra charges for an early check-in. This is not normal similar hotels in this area. The gym is in desperate need of updating and maintenance. Some of the equipment is old & malfunctioning. Some of the fittings and finishes in the room are now showing their age. Eg buttons on aircon panel are worn through. Paint peeling on bathroom walls etc.

The restaurant has delicious food & great cocktails, always arriving quickly & well presented. The rooms were great everything you needed. Location was good with shops a large mall & sky train just a short walk away. Massages were fantastic. The staff are absolutely amazing & very helpful. I would stay here again.

The only downfall which isn't the hotels fault, we had a smoker somewhere (which is fine) but it was coming through the AC unit into our room & being a non smoker I found this unpleasant.

Location, the room was so comfy. Breakfast has a lot of choices!

I think the room needs a bit of renovation. It kinda looks old already.

The hotel's location in Nana was fantastic! It was right in the center of the action, with easy access to shopping centers, restaurants galore, and the BTS Skytrain for great connections throughout the city. Even the nightlife scene was just steps away. On top of that, the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable

The only downside was that occasionally there were unpleasant sewage odors, especially on some nights. This was a bit of a turn-off, particularly since everything else about the hotel was so enjoyable.

I had some issues with my bookings but the staff helped me out, and I really appreciated that. The staff was really helpful and friendly, no matter it was regarding my booking or when we contacted them at the hotel counter. Kudos and thanks to the team! The hotel is located near Nana district, it's a very touristy place, and no issues getting food nearby and massage nearby. Hotel room was comfortable and clean, also spacious enough to put our luggage.

We were a bit disappointed with the hotel breakfast, food option was not much and taste was not that great. Hotel location is a bit far from the main road, and therefore could pose some safety concerns especially for lone traveller., but everything was fine during our stay. Just make sure to be careful when you are walking alone on the street especially when it is dark.
