The room is nice and very clean. They have a 24hr buggy service that can take you to set drop off points, you can also call them again to pick you up, however location is within walking distance to the shopping area so I just walk going back to the hotel. The breakfast selection was great and it’s open till 11am. The staff also is super helpful and always happy to help.

Only thing is the gym is very small. If you like to workout then this is not the gym for you.

I loved the breakfast. There were plenty of food and many choice. All the food was fine and they served it well. We love the room and also the location. There's SevenEleven 3 minutes walk and close to Platinum Mall and mall surrounded (only 1km away from the hotel)

We were thoroughly impressed with the wide variety of breakfast options available each morning. From freshly baked pastries to a selection of international dishes, the breakfast spread was one of the highlights of our stay. Additionally, the buggy service to nearby locations was incredibly convenient. It made exploring the surrounding area so much easier and more enjoyable, especially after a long day of sightseeing. This thoughtful service truly enhanced our overall experience at the hotel.

The elevator is on the smaller side, so if you're traveling with large luggage, it might be a bit of a tight fit. In such cases, you may need to wait a little longer for the elevator to be available, especially during peak hours when it tends to get crowded.

When we came the room was facing the next hotel room window which was not ideal, We asked if we can be moved to another room since we didnt want to meet our neighbors that way. They accomodated our request andwas very helpful. Thank you Farm and Armmy for assisting Breakfast was good, lots of options i enjoyed the soup and noodle since it was warm and delicious Location was very good, near everything and they provide a free buggy service to the train, massage area, shopping area just ask them and they will take you to the nearest one. Shoutout to Pong for always taking and picking us up after 18k step touring Free massages on Tuesdays and Fridays, they have free popcorn and drinks in the lobby and the touring agent sitting in th hotel was really heplful, thank you Rose for arranging our tours.

Nothing really, if i have to be very picky the smell in the elevator area is a bit musty seems like theres no circulation of air there. the hallways are baseball themed which is far off from the whole facade of the place. and they ask for a security deposit when you arrive which was not in the booking.com description at all but they give it back when you check out.

Location, large room, complementary popcorn and awesome staff

There were cockroaches in the room which was unpleasant for 3/5 nights stayed.

The Room is too small

Everything! Starting from the reservation process to the departure arrangement to the airport. We had 1 day addition that i wanted to make sure be in the same room hence that reservation was taken outside of Booking.com That communication too was smooth and payment can be done via an online link. Love the bed and pillow - really comfy! I think this was 1 of the best hotels ive stayed and the whole experience was amazing.

The only downside i think would somewhat be the location. This may sound contradicting. We liked the location of the hotel since its quite convenient which is close to the train and some convenient stores. But the not so convenient is that its located at a very high traffic main road. If you're decided to get a Grab/Bolt, put this into consideration, it may get congested.

The staff were quick, helpful, positive, and welcoming. The room was nice enough, not amazing, but great value and no real complaints about it. The breakfast buffet is one of the most extensive I have experienced at a hotel, lots of Thai, Indian, Western and Chinese options each day, and the menu changes daily. Free popcorn, juice, costumed photos, and on certain days, free massage and other treats. Loved the swimming pool.

One of our towels had makeup and blood stains on it. TP rolls were consumed quickly. No major complaints

The hotel was very clean, and the staff was attentive and friendly. The location was also good for exploring the area. The breakfast was very diverse and offered a great variety, with a wide selection of Asian dishes such as curries, stir-fry, noodles, and rice. This might not be to everyone’s taste for breakfast, but that’s just a matter of preference. The croissants were a bit dry, almost like from the day before, and a little cheese would have been a nice addition. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay, and we would definitely come back!

Aesthetically pleasant and clean hotel. They provide free flow of popcorn and cold drinks at the hotel's lobby, 24/7. They also have free rental and photography of thai costumes and massage. I also like the 24hours buggy service. They have a muslim section for breakfast.

I felt that the buggy should take us to more further places like popular tourist shopping malls although I do understand that the stretch of road where the shopping district is tends to be jammed. While the hotel had a very extensive buffet menu, the muslim section is quite limited and the spread consisted mainly of vegetarian and non-meat items. I felt that the muslim section could be improved further and extended to include other things. I think Muslim travellers like myself would appreciate it if the spread had halal meat too rather than having to go with vegetarian.
