The room is nice and very clean. They have a 24hr buggy service that can take you to set drop off points, you can also call them again to pick you up, however location is within walking distance to the shopping area so I just walk going back to the hotel. The breakfast selection was great and it’s open till 11am. The staff also is super helpful and always happy to help.

Only thing is the gym is very small. If you like to workout then this is not the gym for you.

I like that the rooms are clean and spacious, a scrumptious breakfast spread every morning and the staff are all so friendly and there’s even a 24hrs buggy service as the hotel is located in an alleyway a few mins away from the main road. They even offer complimentary Thai costume dress up but it was fully booked when I wanted to book. Pls rmb to make a booking in advance if you would like to dress up! They also offer free popsicles, popcorn and drinks at their lobby and there’s also a small rooftop pool and a bar on the uppermost floor. I would recommend this very value for money hotel to all my friends!

I loved the breakfast. There were plenty of food and many choice. All the food was fine and they served it well. We love the room and also the location. There's SevenEleven 3 minutes walk and close to Platinum Mall and mall surrounded (only 1km away from the hotel)

I love that the hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly, welcoming and approachable. It is a very pretty hotel too.

I just feel that the location is a bit far to walk to the train stations and malls. The hotel provides buggy services but we may have to wait for quite a while when it’s peak period, which to us were all the time. We ended up walking instead of waiting for the buggy. For Muslim travellers, the hotel does provide a halal corner for breakfast but my advice is to bring your own utensils as the utensils are all shared with the non halal food.

Great that they provide buggy service to nearby shopping areas. The breakfast is exceptional. Has a lot of variety, even Muslim menu. There is baggage service to keep ur baggages after u check out. Hotel room is simple and clean.

There is no pickup at phayathai station. U have to walk to DD home which is actuali near if u know where it is located BUT we got lost and walk all the way to the hotel instead. Same goes for gg hm. Buggy will drop u off at DD Home and u have to lug ur 20kg luggage thru the stone gravel road to phayathai station whch they say is 3mins walk bt to us, with our luggages & the scorching hot sun, it felt like forever. Best part when u reach the station, the lif isn't working. Good luck in lugging up the stairs to the escalator. We almost fainted. Sheesh!

When we came the room was facing the next hotel room window which was not ideal, We asked if we can be moved to another room since we didnt want to meet our neighbors that way. They accomodated our request andwas very helpful. Thank you Farm and Armmy for assisting Breakfast was good, lots of options i enjoyed the soup and noodle since it was warm and delicious Location was very good, near everything and they provide a free buggy service to the train, massage area, shopping area just ask them and they will take you to the nearest one. Shoutout to Pong for always taking and picking us up after 18k step touring Free massages on Tuesdays and Fridays, they have free popcorn and drinks in the lobby and the touring agent sitting in th hotel was really heplful, thank you Rose for arranging our tours.

Nothing really, if i have to be very picky the smell in the elevator area is a bit musty seems like theres no circulation of air there. the hallways are baseball themed which is far off from the whole facade of the place. and they ask for a security deposit when you arrive which was not in the booking.com description at all but they give it back when you check out.

The elevator is on the smaller side, so if you're traveling with large luggage, it might be a bit of a tight fit. In such cases, you may need to wait a little longer for the elevator to be available, especially during peak hours when it tends to get crowded.

Location, large room, complementary popcorn and awesome staff

There were cockroaches in the room which was unpleasant for 3/5 nights stayed.

The Room is too small

Everything! Starting from the reservation process to the departure arrangement to the airport. We had 1 day addition that i wanted to make sure be in the same room hence that reservation was taken outside of Booking.com That communication too was smooth and payment can be done via an online link. Love the bed and pillow - really comfy! I think this was 1 of the best hotels ive stayed and the whole experience was amazing.

The only downside i think would somewhat be the location. This may sound contradicting. We liked the location of the hotel since its quite convenient which is close to the train and some convenient stores. But the not so convenient is that its located at a very high traffic main road. If you're decided to get a Grab/Bolt, put this into consideration, it may get congested.
