The hotel was better than expected, pre booked parking was a nice touch, staff were friendly but professional. The dining room staff were efficient and very respectful. Location was very good with easy access to the small town and the designer outlet. The room was very good with a comfy bed and a large shower in the bathroom. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The only criticism was that although the hotel states the breakfast is complimentary we all know that is factored into the price so it was disappointing that they did not provide what is classed as a full English breakfast. Other than that there was a nice selection of food on offer.

The room was a good size and the beds very comfortable. The doors were thick and so there was no noise and I could sleep very well. Breakfast is good but not exceptional. On the day I went which was a date many people went on vacation, I was lucky to arrive and get the last parking space available. Generally a good hotel choice and I would go again if I had to take a very early Eurotunnel the next day, which was my case. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

I am being a little picky here as the hotel served its function perfectly, however, the quality of some of the ingredients for breakfast could be improved

There is a nice selection of hot and cold food at the breakfast buffet and a bright, comfortable dining area. The staff at breakfast were friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient to the train station and also for driving as it's on a main road. The hotel has coffee and light snacks, but for meals other than breakfast it's a few blocks walk into the center of town, or, in another direction, a few blocks to a large outlet mall that has some restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. We were given an accessible room, where everything was low for the benefit of folks in wheelchairs. We didn't need that sort of room, but it was nice to see that it was available for those who did.

Your keycard is required to access the elevator and sometimes we had difficulty with getting the elevator doors to open. Also, it seemed a bit random as to whether our room was cleaned or not. In the bathroom there is a dispenser for soap and for body lotion, and it was the body lotion closest to the sink. Why isn't the soap closest to the sink?

Tricky start as the check in process felt slow and clunky, but I understand there was a system change over. It does not allow for a number of people turning up at the same time to check in. So a queue forms very quickly. The hotel is beautiful. Despite being next to a main road, you do not hear a thing. For me the rooms were too warm, the pre ordered cot was not in the room and there was no bath. The bath is an issue when travelling with babies and toddlers as most do not like showers. But the shower itself was lovely from an adult perspective. Lovely having a fridge available to store milk, but there is not a way to heat it up other than boiling the kettle and using the hot water to heat it up. Suggest a bottle warmer is made available. The staff were wonderful and very patient with my 18 month old who had to explore everywhere. But the hotel is suited more to adults then young families.

We made a very last minute booking for a night on the way to the Dover ferryport. Check in was friendly, we were able to add parking and pay for it on the spot. Both rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The clocks changed forward and the majority of guests were very last minute for breakfast. The serving staff were excellent - they continued to refill everything smoothly, helped people sort themselves out and then removed the buffet at 10am efficiently. They really brought calm to what could have been chaotic.

The only decaffeinated coffee option was packs of instant. It would be nice to have ground decaf.

Location is excellent, hotel is clean and modern. The rooms are great and well decorated. The staff were accommodating and allowed us to check in early.

A major flaw is that the TVs in the rooms are so old and don’t work for casting as they suggest, or accessing any of the channels and other platforms. I’ve stayed at the hotel three times now and it’s been the same in each room - the best we could do in one room was access YouTube. It would also be great if the hotel provided some kind of room service and bottled water in the rooms.

Parking fine - would give this stat 10/10 except for the fact that I late received a £100 parking fine for unloading from the practically empty car park and then parking nearly a mile away as I hadn’t realised parking has to be reserved. I had assurances from the hotel that I could unload and then move my car so am currently contesting the fine. The fact they had EV charging in their car park was a factor in my booking so this was a key disappointment.

We have never stayed at a Hilton before - we will be again! Lovely modern hotel. Clean comfortable room with all the amenities. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. They couldn’t do enough for us. It was lovely that we could have a drink at the bar after a long and tiring journey. We had to check out at 4.30am and they provided us with a breakfast each to take away which was gratefully received. Thank you!

Perhaps the parking fee is a little pricey… and it was a worry that you might not be able to get a space.

I found the breakfast reasonable with a good variety, including gluten-free bread and vegan milk options for those with dietary restrictions. The staff were efficient, keeping food replenished and promptly clearing plates. The reception staff were also helpful whenever I needed information. The room was spacious, quiet, and had everything I needed to be comfortable for a few days' stay. The location was excellent—right next to the international rail station, making it easy to get back into London. A very good venue for a 3-star hotel.

The only downside was a slight smell in the hallways leading to the room; it wasn’t overwhelming and reminded me of calamine lotion. Adding vegan waffle mix and pastries at breakfast would be a nice touch, and there could be more options for a balanced evening meal. That said, there are some fabulous restaurants within a 10-minute walk.

Very clean, amazing scent as you come through the main doors. Breakfast good, buffet style, plentiful. Room was very clean.

Bed was way too low for both of us, but I have back problems so it's probably just me! There was a strange smell on our floor in the corridor at a certain point. No water in the room £12.50 to park in the car park. £50 deposit to stay 1 night, in case of room damage. Reception not overly friendly.
