This hotel is fabulous! The rooms are really spacious and the beds/pillows are very comfortable. A separate toilet and spacious bathroom were lovely. The traditional Japanese breakfasts were delicious, with meal inclusions changing daily. The proximity to the train station, information centre and restaurants was all terrific!

Everything was positive. Couldn’t recommend it more highly.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel , huge lobby, and room, friendly front desk staff who are able to communicate in English assisting us re room reservation issue due to unexpected health issue. Really appreciated. Dinner was the highlight with sashimi, wagu beef, hot pot with lots of seafood, countless little dishes of appetizers and finally the smooth custard.

I wish I could stay longer

Great view of the Beppu from our room. Our room is big, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There are 3 onsen in the property and is so relaxing to use. Shops, restaurants and Don quiote is nearby and train station is also in walking distance.

We stayed here for two nights. The hotel is new, the onsens are pleasant, and everything was clean. Everything was provided — from robes to toiletries. It’s close to the station, and there are many good restaurants nearby.

staff were lovely. Location is near the mall, reatuarants. hotel breafast is various and every menu is delicious. room was so large and comforatable and it's super clean. i enjoyed private bath as a family that super good

Excellent predominantly Japanese style breakfast. Very large bedroom very well equipped. Good onsen facilities. Whole hotel recently remodelled. Close to restaurants

No bar facilities and limited dining facilities

Nicely renovated room- big, modern and clean with 2 big comfortable beds. Big windows with nice views. Spacious bathroom. Great wifi, lots of usb outlets. Breakfast offered both Japanese set meal and buffet.

Fabulous Japanese breakfast. Onsen was great too. Good location. Unforgettable carpet!

Don't forget to grab pj's and complimentary toiletries etc from the lobby.
