Nice location next to the bus station from Oita airport as well as city buses, 10 minutes walk to train station. There are restaurants nearby, but most of them are open untill 18:00, which is quite early and after that it is somehow harder to find any restaurant open. Beds were comfortable, room a little bit small, but it´s nothing uncommon in Japan and for a few nights it´s good enough. We also had a breakfast, there was a japanese and western breakfast option. Onsen in hotel was amazing, open from 5:00 am - 9:30 am and then from 3:00 pm - 1:00 am. Before check-in time / after check-out time, you can leave your luggage at the reception. Staff is friendly.

Small bathroom with quite a big step to get inside the bathroom. Only few hangers where you can hang your clothes, no wardrobe available, you have to leave your things in luggage.

I love staying in this best value for money hotel in Beppu. we had free yummy buffet break fast and free invigorating onsen bath daily. The location is perfect for travellers like me. It is so near the town centre especially the Beppu train and bus station and tourist attractions like the Beppu tower, the bay side,famous ancient onsen houses, shopping streets, malls and yummy restaurants. I especially like a bar cum restaurant called Route 10 . I did not have to spend any money on taxi fare as everything is within walking distance. The hotel staff were so welcoming and gave excellent advice on which local tour to take. One very significant tour is called the Beppu Hell's tour can be booked at the counter located within the hotel premises. it only costs 4000 yen for a fully conducted 3 hour tour. You must not miss this tour as it takes you to the most interesting multi coloured volcanic ponds, shrines and even geyser show. I would strongly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel when travelling in Beppu

A nice hotel just 10 minutes from the Beppu Train Station. (Exitcon the east side (higasi) and follow the main road straight ahead to the "T" intersection. Turn left and the red brick hotel is on the right). The hotel is relatively modern and very clean. Our room was reasonably sized. The onsen is split between men and women, with a warmer tub inside and hotter outside. The Japanese breakfast buffet had many, good selections. There is a shopping area close by with many restaurant options.

The hotel could improve a bit by having a Western breakfast option for those who might prefer it.

great location if your using bus transportion from the airport. when i arrived by bus, i was surprised that the hotel was right in front of me! it was also nice not having the rush to my bus when i left. also it's across the street from a shopping mall, conbini, and chain restaurants. the breakfast was pretty good as well. the staff were very nice. the train station is only a 15 min slow paced walk. but you are close to popular onsen. i would stay here again!

Conveniently located near a shopping mall, restaurants, convenience stores, a bus stop, and the seaside. There’s an onsen that seems to use natural hot spring water—very relaxing. Yukata is provided. Don Quijote is within walking distance. Slept well and felt comfortable.

The hotel isn’t very close to the station, but the path is smooth and easy for rolling luggage. The hotel isn’t brand new but not too old either.

The location is superb for us because we travel all the way from Fukuoka Airport, the bus stopped in front of the hotel. Easy to walk to the Beppu Station to catch the bus to 7 hells and the nearby shopping street whereby you can found a lot of local cafe. The buffet breakfast is delicious and healthy 👍👍👍

The room is a little small. The amenities in the Onsen rather simple, they did not provide any lotion, cream, water machine or ice cream like those Onsen resort!

I like the 2-day trip in Beppu very much.The hotel is very comfortable and the hot spring is also great. Staff is friendly and showed a positive attitude and action to help us. In the process, I feel respected and high-quality service hotel experience. By the semi-self-service check-in method of the hotel is very convenient. I like it

The ofuro (large onsen bath). Breakfast was delicious and of good choices of Japanese style. Gloves and sanitizer are available too and not over-crowded. Hangers and onsen slippers are available. Room bath towels is to be brought to onsen with you. If new is needed, one will have to ask from reception. There is a separate key for door into onsen. Remember to take that along.

Space for big baggages is limited.

Everything! I love the room's plan that maks it feels bigger and cozier than the real size. The location was not too far from the station, had a bus center right by the hotel and so close to beppu tower too. Onzen was good and safe. Also has laundry machine in the hotel. That was good for rainy days.

1. Nice location; you can easily find stores or restaurants around. 2. Fantastic house keeping 3. Reasonable price. 4. Bus terminal is just next to the counter, purchasing 1-2day bus passes are available.

1. Some Japanese elderly ladies occupy public shower seats with their belongings while soaking in the onsen, even though they know there are people waiting in line.
