Very nice place with good views (from the higher floors) onto Beppu. Located close to the station. Could be a bit cheaper though. Nice big hotel Onsen (but a bitty worn down). Try the Jap. bfast on the ground floor! Oishi!
Breakfast buffet on the 2nd floor is a bit crowded at times.

Room size is good. Onsen is good based on a free facility in a hotel. The outdoor onsen is not hot enough. Free parking next to the hotel is good but remember to unload all luggage before park. No lift in the carpark. Convenience store is located opposite to the hotel so pretty handy.

It have everything you need for Onsen resort, big room with fabulous views on its panoramic windows, public baths, great Japanese style breakfast. 6 minutes walk from Beppu’s train stations, not too far from big shopping mall like YouMe. Nothing to complain about.

The onsen was very nice. It was very large onsen, they also had an outside onsen, cold plunge, and a dry sauna. The onsen does look dirty but it's just all of the minerals from the hotspring. (The onsen is filled with water from a hot spring)
From our room, we could hear the trains coming by. Group tours stay here so the onsen may be crowded.

Buffet had a loads of variety of food including international and Kyushu local dishes. Game area and kids space helped a lot to stay with small kids. Staffs were nice.
Bed wasn’t big enough to share with a toddler.

I really appreciate all the staffs in this superb hotel. My son lost his student card in the hotel, And the front desk staff always try their best to Solve our problems. Finally, they found it for me. Thank you so much. I would like to recommend this hotel for everybody.

Location, good size room & comfortable beds.
Rooms rather dated, time for makeover. Unfortunately as is the norm these days in all hotels , beds are only fitted with doona necessitating use of aircon all night.

The room is spacious which is very good for 4 people like us, there is Lawson opposite to the hotel, the hotel is not too far from the Beppu station. Easy to find. The staffs are very nice and try to help us.
The Onsen is not that big but it's ok to try.
