Location was great, right beside a grocery store and a 5 min walk to a mall with lots of shopping, food options and an arcade! Also very close to the JR station and bus stop to get to the airport! Room was also perfect for our group with very comfortable beds and a great space to socialize after a day of touring around Beppu!

Was my second stay at Beppu Rikyu and previously I stayed in the room for 4pax. The bathroom this time for 5pax was smaller than the one we had for 4pax... basins inside bathroom all quite low not suitable for tall people...

Cleanliness, enough space for family and friends, comfortable like a home.

The sounds proof didn’t work well. We could hear footsteps and voices from other rooms.

The room was spacious and the location was great. There’s a supermarket right infront and a big carpark as well. The mall was just 5 min walk away.

Not Far from beppu station your can walk or take a bus to go there .In front of the Hotel Has a Big Super market That you can buy Fresh seafood or Cheap Japanese wakyu And You cook it in your kitchen That worth to live in This Hotel.Easy to checked-in and checked-out Because you can do it by youself.

Like stated in the email from the property management there is a possibility of noise coming through the ceiling. what they didn’t state is that the people in the room above us were scheduled to hold a wrestling match between an elephant and 3 rhinoceros at 11:30 at night

The premise is very new and the room is spacious as well.. location is convenient as it is nearby beppu train station and just situated opposite a supermarket.. check in is a breeze as well..

No blinds to block out the light in the morning.

The location. Very near to YouMe mall, supermarket and convenient stall. Cozy Hotel too.

No change of towel and room quite dim during day.

The room was well organized. It suits the need of our family. Even though the location is a little difficult to find, we managed without a Problem. There should be more washing and drying machine because there was a queue to use that facility.
