Close to Otsuki station, supermarket and Daiso nearby. The room is bigger than other Toyoko Inn, no problem to open a large size luggage. There are 3 lifts. A llarge area of breakfast room, very comfortable to have breakfast here. Shuttle bus definitely helps a lot. Good and polite staff, very comfortable and quiet place to stay for 3 nights, there was no people making noise, specially didn't meet noisy groups from mainland China and Hong Kong.

I stayed 3 nights, but last night there was few people spoke mandarin on the corridor close to my room, I have to go out and asking them to keep quiet.

We stayed in Otsuki to use it as a hub for exploring nearby national parks and it was a good choice - the trails were starting up to an hour driving distance from the hotel, the breakfast was good and filling and the nearby old town provided you with many restaurant options (Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Mexican, Italian - you name it!) to chill in the evenings - and all of them accepted card payment, which was surprising!

Coffee served with breakfast could be better :)

Right opposite of the Otsuki train station (visible from the station without the need of map). Though we could hear the train but it was not disturbing in the night. The room is new and pretty big for Japanese standard size. Around 5-min walk up hill to a huge supermarket Aeon and 7-11 stores. Self-service luggage storage facility that will fit all sizes. A view of Mt. Fuji from our room was blessing.

Generic breakfast and empty slad bowl/scrambled egggs were not refilled in a timely manner.

The hotel is a new and very clean hotel conveniently located close to the Otsuki rail station. Otsuki is the start of the Fujikyo railway, which takes you to the touring areas around Mt Fuji. Hotel offers free breakfast and WIFI is good.

Beautiful, clean, spacious facility in a charming small town on the way to Mt. Fuji. Friendly, patient staff. Good complimentary breakfast with local flavor. Lockers available for luggage if you arrive early and room is not ready. A brief walk from the train station.

We have no complaints about the property whatsoever.

Vey clean, near Otsuki station, offered a cheap stay for our onward trip to Mt. Fuji. The room was small, but had what was needed. Bathroom also small, but adequate. Breakfast had decent options for the price paid.

The bed was a little hard. The wifi was weak, I was unable to get a stable connection.

It’s in the middle of the highway, but it’s surprisingly quiet, modern and very clean. It’s not fancy or anything but will get the job done very well. They have paid laundry machine within the building and offer free breakfast. Free on premise outdoor self parking Most of the staff are female - it’s very cool to support Japan female working population

Very clean hotel with large room :) the location is perfect, a few minutes walk to the station and to the supermarket. We found it practical to have an option to track the time and availability of your washing machine and drier from the hotel room. There is place to store your luggage.

Great location, walk left out of station, along road to train tracks, walk over to pathway, straight into hotel..Large lobby & breakfast room, good breakfast for the price. Room good size, plenty of room for luggage. Great place to stay for Mt Fuji visit etc..45mins on train.

Nothing not to like, would stay again.

A bit too simple, perfect for Japanese perhaps, could add a bit more western elements, also close at 9ama little too early The side to the railway was noisier a pity
