We booked the seaside view and got a very large comfortable room. Location is perfect and the hotel has wonderful restaurants and cafes.

For the money we paid per night, I was disappointed that guests had to pay an extra 4000 yen a day to access the pool and sauna in the hotel. For a five star hotel I would have thought access to pool comes with the property.

Close to the International cruise terminal. The room had a beautiful water view. Spacious, clean. Loved the pillows. Lots of nearby restaurants.

I loved the view on the bay, really a great view from my room. The room itself also was excellent, with a very comfortable bed, excellent shower & bath, and there are also several good quality restaurants within the hotel. I tried only one, the Japanese restaurant. It was a bit expensive but very good. And great to have such a restaurant in your hotel when you arrive late after a long intercontinental travel. The breakfast was also good with plenty of choice, including nice Asian food. Delicious and different types of grilled fish. So excellent breakfast.

Sometimes, depending on the days and times, a bit of a line at the breakfast place. If you’re there for work and in a hurry, you don’t have time to stand in a line to get in. Breakfast space should probably have more tables and seats.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Walking distance to the shopping areas of Landmark Tower, Mark Is and Tokyu Square. A short stroll over the bridge to World Porters, the Nissan Noodle Museum, and Red Brick House. To the Osanbashi Pier was a short taxi ride (1100 yen) . The accessible room we were given was excellent for my wheelchair. The room, view of harbour and the location near lifts were excellent. All staff were friendly and so helpful.

The cost of the room was expensive, compared to other hotels, but we were overall very happy with your hotel. Check-in staff were excellent, but the check-in procedure did take quite a while and could be made more streamlined.

Beautiful view over the Bay from our room, both by day and by night (good lighting). Breakfast (buffet) very abundant and various, absolutely exceptional. Cooking from different countries and for different habits. The breakfast is available early in the morning (7 am) Also at the lounge in the first floor there was the possibility of a light dinner associated to a beautiful view over the bay and to light music. There are several elegant shops in the Hotel, not expected, with japan products not banal. A bus to the Airport is coming just in front of the Hotel. Of course Taxi service is easily available. The Hotel is in a business area of the city, very modern. You have to go to the old part by bus or taxi.

No idea. The "lunch/breakfast/dinner area closes rather early (may be 8.30 or 9 pm, I do not remember at present)

From the moment we entered the hotel, our first impression was "Wow!" We like the roominess of the hotel lobby, the city view from our room window and the room size. The location was very near to a lot of attractions, especially to the port where we were to board our cruise ship. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. All the staff were courteous, gave excellent service and were very pleasant. My experience at the SPA for a facial was a wonderful experience. My facialist was excellent in her massaging, with such feather-like movements that I've never experience before. It was truly a remarkable experience.

I think a larger sign showing directions to the upper floor to register would have made it easier for us. We were lost and didn't know you had to take the escalator up one floor to get to the registration desk. We arrived by the airport limousine bus and may have missed the sign to direct you upstairs to register. I highly recommend a larger, distinct sign for clearer directions. Thank you.

I got a room with bay view, amazing views and spacious. The bed is super-comfortable and you can get room kade up in the afternoon if you oversleep. It was 5-min to put on running shoes and be on the seaside for jogging more than 10 km (forth and back) without crossing a single road. The city center with restaurants and drinking places is less than 20 min on foot

Automatic slamming of doors of neighbouring rooms was a bit annoying, but could not hear any noise from neighbours. It would be great if breakfast time could be extended to 11am (instead of 10am), especially on weekends

the room was comfy and spacious. the view was amazing. the breakfast was great with loads of choices. The pastries were so good. the location was so close to the cruise ship , we just walked right over. it was also so close to public transportation. we went to Tokyo several days and it was fairly easy even tho we had never been there before. also lots of shops and things to do nearby. definitely go to the maritime museum and see the Nippon Maru. it's very close and interesting. we had an amazing afternoon tea with a strawberry theme which was fun, colorful, and delicious. friendly and helpful staff also. we were able to get a bus straight to the airport. either airport. ive never seen things go so smoothly.

the seating for breakfast got very crowded on weekends so we had to wait in line. more seating is needed. do not that that sway you tho, this place is the best.

This is a beautiful hotel in a very good location in Yokohama. It was the last hotel to be built in an odd shape in Yokohama. This type of architecture is no longer allowed. The hotel itself is a wonderful site to see and inside it is surely grand. I had a harbor view and it was lovely day and night. I imagine the city view would be beautiful as well because the ferris wheel and the city light up at night. There are plenty of amenities including toothbrush & toothpaste, razors, a lovely Moonpearl Skin Care Set (Mikimoto Cosmetics). The room was immaculately clean with white sheets and several pillows of different sizes and textures so anyone can sleep comfortably. I prefer to not have my room cleaned every day but each evening I called the reception for 2 bottles of water (complementary) and they were brought to my room within minutes. The entire city of Yokohama is walkable from the hotel. For those on a cruise, this hotel is easily walkable to Shinko Pier (Hammerhead). With luggage, it is a bit of a walk to Osanbashi Cruise Terminal but doable. Daikoku Pier is on the other side of the bridge and you will need transportation to that terminal.

The restaurants in the hotel were very expensive. I would have liked to have breakfast at the hotel but the price of the buffet (all they offered) was unreasonable. Since there was a refrigerator in the room, I was able to purchase food at a convenience store to have for breakfast but I would have preferred to eat in the hotel restaurant. Restaurants in the area opened at 11:00 am. Very close by is the Queen Mall with more reasonable restaurants for lunch/dinner and the Family Mart convenience store.

All was perfect, the room, the view, the service, the room was impeccably clean, everything was top notch, and I really enjoyed my stay there. Also loved the SPA. The hotel is a short walk to Minato Mirai metro station, and also a walking distance to all places in Minato Mirai area. There is a shuttle bus to the Haneda airport with its final stop directly at the hotel. Would be more than happy to stay there again!
