Located on a very quiet road. Less than 10 minute walk to the train station. Mini-split A/C and heat. Sliding door to the outside directly in the room. Water was hot. Water pressure was great. Sheets were soft. Bed was firm without being hard. Was given an entire new set of toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, bar soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, cotton swabs, and squares) and towels everyday.

No elevator. No assistance getting luggage up the stairs. No fan or way to keep the A/C fan on. (No circulation of air capability)

While not at all fancy, this hotel delivered exactly what I wanted. It was a private room with its own bathroom for a very low price that allowed me to get to the airport early in the morning via public transportation in about 45 minutes. Honestly, the facilities paled in comparison to the other 2 hotels I stayed in during my trip to Japan, but the check-in and check-out were very fast and easy, the room was clean, and everything worked properly.

I stayed at this hotel the last night of a longer stay in Japan, because of its proximity to the Haneda airport. What I didn't realize at the time of booking is that it's actually pretty out of the way and quite a walk from the only subway station you can use to reach the hotel. While it's absolutely not the fault of the hotel, the reality is that there is really nothing in the area. My night consisted of walking for 30 minutes to reach the Costco, which was literally the most exciting thing about that district, eating at one of the only restaurants in the area, and then sitting in my room looking at my phone for the rest of the night. The TV, which I didn't even turn on, was almost as small as my tablet, and there's really nothing else to do at the hotel or in the area.

An older style quiet hotel in the suburbs of Kawasaki with small but very clean comfortable rooms.A great alternative to the typical chain hotels especially if you want a more authentic Japanese experience.A short walk to a famous temple,Daishi Park,an old style shopping street and train station.Friendly helpful English speaking staff and close to Haneda Airport.

Hotel near Haneda airport and public transport. Nice rooms, ac, enough room and comfy beds. Laundry machines and dryers in the hotel. Breakfast option. Hotel staff was friendly and called us a taxi to the airport.

Near Haneda airport but no direct public transport there. Staff did call us a taxi and taxi price is not high due to proximity and this is also noted in the price of the rooms. Just note this but absolutely not a huge negative.

It was close to the airport, clean, and the bed was comfortable. It's small and simple, but good value for money and the staff were friendly and spoke great English (not ever an expectation, but just always impresses me). I arrived very late at night (3am) from the airport, and there was an easy an efficient key box check in for me to do.

It's a little outdated etc., but for the price I think totally fine.

I had a very comfortable stay, the room was spacious and the location is easy to get to from the airport. Reception was open even though I arrived very late from a flight and I was very happy to make use of their laundry facilities!

We only needed to stay one night before starting our trip, so the location was excellent being a short taxi ride from Haneda. This isn't a fancy hotel but the price reflects that. For the price it was excellent value for money so I was happy with it. Clean and tidy.

Close to airport, even if you miss all the public transport, you can Uber from airport to hotel on a cheap price. Staff is really kind & understanding about flight delays & late check-in. There is also a vending machine & a microwave in the communal area. There is a 7 11 close by (10 min) which is open 24h. The room was nice & clean, even had some amenities

All the staff spoke really good English, were super nice and helped us out with getting a taxi to the airport.

The location of the hotel is a bit awkward, to get to the airport you would still have to take a 30 minute train ride and to get to the rest of the city will take you 3+ trains as well

Overall a good experience. It was my first time trying a capsule hotel and the capsules were a bit more comfortable and feature-packed than I expected.

Breakfast was at capacity when I wanted to eat, so that was unfortunate. A single mattress Japanese futon has always been uncomfortable for me since I’m a side sleeper, so not having a full bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable, but that’s not really their fault.
