Love the staff. The staff was very attentive and very kind. From the staff to the kitchen staff to the front desk- everyone was nice. Not brand new but attitude and value was top notch for us. Umbrellas was avail for use if it was raining. August is raining season. I loved that the subway and JR station was close and the hotel sign can be seen from far away.

Elevator was older and a little smell but it’s understandable. Washer and dryer is outside the back door, but wasn’t a problem for me. If it’s cold you, it might matter or if it’s raining. Not a big deal.

We booked a twin room with two single beds, expecting to share each bed (me and my 9-year-old daughter in one, and my wife with our 4-year-old daughter in the other). Surprisingly, they gave us a room with twin beds and an extra bed at no additional cost, so my 9-year-old daughter and I could each have our own bed. Not to mention, the beds are wide enough for two people to sleep comfortably. The hotel is conveniently located near JR Hyogo Station, with a convenience store (kombini) nearby. On the 10th floor, there is a vending machine, an ice machine, and, most importantly, a microwave, so we could heat up our kombini food.

The carpet in the room is slightly old and dusty.

-The ac’s position was a bit further away from the beds and was installed in top-down manner so cooling took a bit time (but once cooled there were no problems). -They only have one kind of pillow so if you don’t like the traditional hard kind of pillows it might not be comfortable. -The bathrobe was a bit itchy for me

The location was very good . Hyogo station is 4-5 mins walk only . Staff was nice . Coffee and green tea was in room . Bed was very comfortable but a little small for 2 adults .

I was in 7th floor the floor has smoking area so the corridor was smelling like cigarette and room has also a little smell of cigarettes. The elevator is not so clean . Amenities was not enough like there was no body sponge 🧽 no women amenities ( moisturizer, lotion , face wash ) .

Experienced spacious, clean and comfortable rooms, modern comfort, and a vibrant environment centered on Kobe. In particular, we experienced the true scale of life and new perspectives of JR Sumaura-kōen Station, Suma Seaside Park, Kobe Suma Sea World, and Kobe's new aquarium, which are 16 minutes away from JR Hyogo Station in front of the hotel.

As a hotel located in a convenient location for transportation, it was good to travel to major tourist attractions in Kobe. And I was able to stay very satisfied because I could have a better rest with a clean and spacious bathtub and shower facility in the quiet and comfortable twin room.

Everything ! The room was really large, and clean. You have everything inside, towel, toothbrush, razor.. the view was really nice and well localized between 2 different train station. The breakfast was delicious

Very satisfied with the spacious room with panoramic views, and experienced modern comfort and vibrant surroundings at this hotel located in the heart of Kobe. In particular, I had explored Kobe's natural beauty and cultural heritage.

location and breakfast was very good, i hope to increase halal food items in the breakfast. it is too near to subway station, you can easily move to several parts of the city.

room was so hot, i feel we need to open the windows for refresh air in the room, also air system in bathroom was not good.

Really nice hotel room - large TV (the you can connect your streaming services to), bath, aircon, view of the mountains. Was very clean and comfortable. Very close to the train and easy to get to the attractions of Kobe. No issues with wifi thankfully!

Outdated lobby, however did not concern me at all.
