The rooms are very good with a very good facility. The front desk is always available. Rooms are equipped with every single thing you need.

They have another hotel in the sannomiya area with almost the same name. I booked that hotel seeing the location and inclusion of breakfast but reaching there they have informed me that I have to travel 3.5 km from there because my booking is in that place. But booking.com shows the location in sannomiya and breakfast costs 1400 yen each day, it is not included with the price although it shows breakfast is included.

Very nice hotel, good bathroom, many nice supplies for face and body. Renovated rooms. Great comfortable bed. Most of the staff are really nice. About 20-30 min walk to the historic places and centre. About 10 minutes by Metro.

My stay was on April 2024 and next to the building was a long term reconstruction, so it’s noisy in the morning. Hotel didn’t seem full, so I think for a long stay, they could have place people on the other side. Unless you are a morning person, then it doesn’t matter. Cleaning starts really early, so I had no chance to sleep from 9AM. They do their job really well, rooms are spotless, however, I couldn’t rest, because the cleaning next door happened at least three times during my stay. Vacuuming, slamming doors and etc.

Good for its price, nothing much to say. I liked the fact that you could easily get extra pillows at the reception.

Not as easy to access from public transport as I would have expected - although that's more due to how Kobe metro lines work. It still next to a fairly large station, but if you're trying to visit around Kobe you'll find Google Map often telling you that walking to a station that isn't the closest is often faster than using the one next to the hotel.

Unlike most hotels that have a bathroom unit, the separated toilet and shower facilities are a unique feature of the hotel. It makes for a comfortable stay for two or more people. Even though I checked in around 20:30, I was offered an upgrade to a larger room (obviously this depends on availability), but this was a pleasant surprise. The location was superb- right around the corner from Shinkaichi station and a 10 minute walk to the JR Kobe station. On my next stay I am looking forward to see more of the neighbourhood.

While there was a drink service available until 22:00, I was hoping to have a coffee in the morning. I suggest offering the drink service in the morning as well, or leaving an instant coffee packet in the room (there is a tea kettle).

Great location close to Shinkaichi Station, convenient stores & a Life Grocery store. Staff were very nice but difficult to communicate in English with some. The shower was amazing!

We stayed in a twin room and there was no room to open our luggage other than on the beds. We didn't have oversized luggage either.

Everything was perfect from enter to Hotel Sunroute Sopra Kobe Annesso. I had a very long journey by plane. I like Japanese bathroom in my room. I slept very well thanks to good quality equipments. I highly recommended to my relatives and my friends.

3 mins to train station 新開地, supermarket and lot restaurants around the hotel. Allow you have extra pillows, teeth brush... at the lobby. Give you new towel after you put your used towel and rubbish bin outside your door.

Free coffee only supply at evening15-22. Most people need coffee at the morning. Clean up the at every 3 days after you checked in.

The Room was spacious, and the location pretty near to the metro. The staff were very helpful.

The walls are pretty thin, you can hear too much outside noice from the corridor and the neighbors rooms

Good room, easy parking nearby, not too expensive. Clean and quite spacious. Close to good restaurants and Kobe port tower. Helpful and friendly staff. Also close to the metro line. The room price was very reasonable.
