Location is very good, 1 minutes to the train station. The shower facility is impressive. It has two arms which can spray on your body. And the shower head has very high pressure can give deep clean. I had the best shower in Japan. The self service microwave,ice machine and laundry machine located on level 8 is very convenient.

The sofa bed for kids was still folded when check in. We were exhausted traveling, so didn’t unfold it, ended up let the kid sleep on my bed.

The location is fantastic with easy access to the subway (a 1 minute walk from the door) and buses. When we arrived, we walked from Kyoto Station to the property in just 20 minutes (with grandma, a 13 year old and an 8 year old). There is plenty of great food within walking distance. It was clean and tidy. The room had everything you could want for a vacation stay, including a cook top, kitchen sink, dishes and utensils, refrigerator, freezer, kettle and microwave. the staff were friendly and helpful. There was one laundry unit near the front desk that was easy and affordable to use (400 yen to wash and 100 yen for 30 minutes of drying). We usually were able to use it without waiting. We stayed for 7 days and it was a really great accommodation. Really fantastic value for the money and we would happily stay here again.

The staff were very warm and friendly and they were helpful too. While English was clearly not every staff member's strength, still, we could communicate quite easily using Google Translate. We liked the privacy and the proximity to buses and the subway. There were also delicious food options close by. The room was nice and spacious and it great to have a clean washing machine right on the premises. In addition, as my group was moving around outside of Kyoto for a few days and we had booked a long stay with Hauza, we were given permission to leave some of our luggage in their dedicated luggage room. Overall, this was one of my best stays in Kyoto and that's saying alot because I have been visiting Kyoto annually since 2015. I also love the incense that was faithfully lit every evening. It felt like a warm and personal welcome home in the evenings and would make me so happy. 😊

The only thing I missed was a little zen garden. It would have been perfect if there was one. The little zen bamboo fountain helped to slow is down on the way back in to the hotel.

THIS IS THE BEST HOTEL IVE EVER STAYED AT IN JAPAN. BEST LOCATION, very close with karasuma line. BEST SERVICE, they provide tea and coffee powder on bottom floor, shaver for the boys, comb and earplugs. They also have washing machine 500 yen + 100 yen dryer machine. They have additional luggage compartment after check in but THE ROOMS ARE SPACIOUS + we got connecting door for 8 persons group. You still have so much space even after all the luggages, on top of that the bathroom is really unique, they have a machine that can wash your back. It was really cute and funny. BEST EXPERIENCE OF STAYS IN JAPAN, i will definitely comeback / recommend this place to every of my friends in kyoto.

nothing. I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE.

Lots of space for a family of four, we had space to hang out and store our belongings without tripping over each other. The suite's layout and amenities meant we could make our own breakfast in the mornings or bring dinner home, in a space that was specific to our needs without having to move our belongings or walk over things. It was on the corner of the block that had a subway station on (Gojo) and 0.6mile away from Kyoto's observation tower. The hotel was lovely; tucked away off the main street and only 4 floors, it was well equipped, clean and very quiet. It had a good mix of decor that was traditional Japanese and modern. We would go back here again, such a lovely place to stay to explore Kyoto.

Location very convenient

We supposed to get a room with a view to the city, we got a room on ground floor with view of a back of a building. We complained and second day we been moved to a room with same view on third floor with same view. It was a bigger room. So we didn’t complain again, but when we booked and paid for a room with view.

The location was great, it is the subway stop after Kyoto Station, so less busy. The room was comfortable, fitted all 4 of us nicely. Surrounding areas had good food and convenient stores. Easy to grab taxis and buses.

To provide more hangers, although the reception accommodated our requests for more hangers and garbage bags. To have more washing machine/dryer as there was one each only and I was lucky to have used first but there was Q afterwards. More variety of drinks?

Great staff, Ms. Noriko Naito at the front desk was really good with her recommendation for food, she was vey kind to help arrange the tablet I left at the hotel to be forwarded to Tokyo we we next went. The Hotel though quiet is very conveniently near to the subway entrance and has a policy non disturb policy in house keeping which is delightful.

Unable to think of anything we did not like about the Hotel or Kyoto which we really enjoyed except for the Imperial Palace which pales to the Nijo Palace in terms of value in sight seeing. A shame that all buildings are closed from visitation except from looking through glass panels from the outside.

Spacious and large family rooms with freezer and fridge, sink and table/sofa. Shower had a really interesting jet spray concept so it was nice even without a bathtub. Location was also v close to train station so it was convenient to get around

Nothing! Do note there’s no separate bedroom though so everyone is in one large space.

The light bar behind the bed was good. Had a big rubbish bin in the room.

Had to put on sheets ourselves for the extra bed in the room. There were periods of time where there wasn't anyone at the front desk and we couldn't contact the staff. There was only one washing machine + dryer.
