Actually I stay here for several reservations, I am satisfied with the room with all equipments that I need for living, such as open kitchen and washing machine, the location is convenient, the house keeping is tidy and with reception manage the facility.

I thought the wifi is not enough as I may need it to handle my academic or business activities, might not always go out for sightseeing. Besides, I found the dish washing sponge did not changed between each reservation, as it might be used by different guests.

Local buses within 2 blocks, walkable to Kyoto Station (15-20mins), in a local neighborhood, and quiet. Apartments were clean with kitchenette and laundry machine (convenientwhen you'reon a 3week holiday). Beds were comfortable, and rooms had multiple outlets for charging - very convenient. The bathroom has shampoo/conditioner/bodywash available. Extra toiletries at the front desk. Checkin at the Kyoto Guest Service Center (5mins walk, south of Kyoto Station) was easy and hassle-free. Staff was efficient and accommodating. They checked us in @1030am, we got our keys, left our baggages to be delivered to our apartment, and we were able to go and start sightseeing around Kyoto that morning! We arrive in our accommodations at 9pm with our luggage already in our rooms. Great service!

Booked a 2-bedroom apartment, turned out to be 2 studios (each w/ a bathroom and kitchenette) with a connecting door. (The 2 bathrooms were a plus, though since we were 4 people in 2 rooms.) One bedroom had a table and chair, while the other room had sofa bed (yay!) but no dining table/chair (boo!)

It's like renting your own apartment. Good sized bedroom/lounge, adequate kitchen, and good sized bathroom. The area around the hotel is very quiet and not touristy which we loved. There is a huge temple nearby that is quite beautiful. It's a bit out of the way from all the major sites in Kyoto, expect to add 30 minutes to your trip each way compared to staying somewhere like Gion or near Kyoto Station. The information centre for this hotel chain was dead useful for leaving our luggage after arriving in Kyoto. They will deliver your bags for free to your hotel at whichever time you choose. It was only a five minute walk from Kyoto Station.

The kitchen was not well stocked with utensils and cookware, so it was hard to cook properly despite there being a full kitchen available. The reception is only staffed for a short period of time each afternoon/evening for check-ins. There will be no one to help you in the mornings, you are expected to drop your key card off in a box and leave, or call a hotline for service.

The photos on Booking.com made us really confused about the layout of the room - one king-size bed and 1 sofa-bed that allows simple shifts to fit different sleeping arrangements. Overall, we enjoyed how the room was designed - each function has a dedicated space. There was a functional space divided by a ledge for us to store our shoes, the washing machine is there with a rack to dry your laundry, and the toilet with kitchen that is separated from the main room. In the area that is surrounded by local space, it made this space an option for long-term stay. The main station is a quick walking distance where we got our day bus pass from, groceries and fast foods.

The sofa bed makes it uncomfortable for long term stay.

Very quiet location. We had everything we needed and the room was quite comfortable for 3 adults. The beds were really comfy, and the quilts very soft, the pillows not so much. The Customer Service Centre luggage delivery service was amazing. It was an easy 5 minute walk from Kyoto Train Station and our bags were delivered to our accommodation and waiting for us when we checked in. The staff always greeted us when we returned to the accommodation in the evening. Would definitely recommend.

The location was great, situated near restaurants, bakeries, and more within a 10 minute walk. Close to a beautiful temple. About 15 minutes walk from Kyoto station, as well as two other local train stations, which was very convenient! We were traveling with an infant during extremely hot and humid weather, and needed to minimize time spent outside. The staff were all extremely helpful, including helping us book restaurant reservations, fill our luggage forwarding slips, and more. Very responsive to messages as well. The room sizes were fantastic, especially because we needed space for a pack n play and other baby items. Would absolutely recommend, and would happily stay here again!

I like the quiet neighborhood but it’s only a 20 minute walk to Kyoto station. It has a kitchen but we didn’t use it. Room was clean and beds comfy. The space was good. It’s not cramped.

There’s washer but no dryer. Although they received our luggage from luggage forwarding company, they don’t offer doing one. Fortunately, there’s a Yamato office not too far. There’s also no front desk staff at times but there’s a number you can call.

We got a room with two double beds, enough to sleep 2 adults and 2 small children, with decent space. Price was ok. It is a small space, but has everything you could need, including a washing machine, drying room, herd and sink.

Staff is basically non existent, and the person at the reception could not even order a taxi, and we had to use Uber. Position is a 20-ish minutes walk to Kyoto station, but in the middle of nowhere.

On site reception desk people are friendly and very helpfull.

Cleaning team is not consistent. Some time forgot to provide bottle water, sometimes no washing detergent, never refill coffee and tea bag, we only received slipper a week after we checked in.

Nice and spacious, really liked the wet room in the bathroom. Nice to have the kitchen space, and plenty of seating. The beds were very comfortable and big singles. Great facilities and amenities.

The toilet door and lock wasn't great, the door was able to be pulled flush with the frame at the bottom but not the top, making the lock difficult to latch.
