Perfect location! It's like a 2-3 min walk to the station and there's a small park near the hotel. I could enjoy its. view frOm our room. Also, the conbini is just a minute walk. The room is small （like most hotels in Japan）but comfortable for us. The shower/bathtub and toilet in our room were clean and seemed new. Hubby also enjoyed the onsen (I didn't go).

As a 3-star hotel, I expected some packs of coffee or tea in our room. Also, there weren't enough amenities for women, e.g. cleansing oil, lotion, etc. I booked a room for two, but there was only 1 cup and 1 glass in our room. I had to go downstairs to tell the frontdesk about it, and he was apologetic. There's no telephone in the room as well, so you have to use your own phone when you need to talk to the frontdesk staff.

Close to train station.

Taxi service was limited, apps did not allow reservation, but managed to get one. The train station to the White Ring arena was 1 hour away, while drive was 22 min. Was not able to see bus schedule. The male attendant at the counter was so helpful with calling taxis for us, so thank you.

The staff are very helpful! I arrived before check-in time, although the hotel cafe was not open at that time, the staff opened and let me in to use the work station and wifi freely. The location is perfect, close to the station but not noisy at all. Room is small and compact, but meets all basic needs.

Nothing negative to say.

It was a small room but comfortable, clean, close to everything and price was very good. It is always good to have some Japanese language skills but not essential, the staff have enough English skills to make any conversation work. Would happily go back as a solo traveller

Hot bath was good 👍 a little small for after 5 people. Sauna also good for two. Everything was good for staying single person.

. People talking Out side of room I heard every word . Not quiet at 1am.

PM staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I wished I remembered their name. They made us feel welcome. Really closed to Nagano station and has an Onsen which my husband enjoyed. It has everything you need. AM staff was also very understanding after we woke up late and was 30mins late for check out time.

The hotel was in a great location. Right next to the train station. It had clean rooms at a good price.

Maybe more English speaking staff. It was very difficult to communicate request through translator apps.

first staff person was very welcoming, when we were checking out the next lady wasn't too welcoming, very stand offish.

The location is great if you want to travel destinations around Nagano city. For visiting Nagano city it can be a bit far from the tourist attractions

Very near train station and it’s convenient. It has an indoor bath which is good.

Coincided with the marathon date at Nagano, no wonder it’s much more expansive.
