It was about a 400mtr walk from the station but easy to find and on the main road outside the station. From the Hotel you can walk either left or right and find shops and little alley ways to explore. I thought it was handy having a Microwave oven outside the lifts on each floor. The room is about AVG size from my experience and had a good size bathroom. The bed felt very comfortable There is also a 7/11 not far away so very handy. The staff are friendly and helpful and there's a hot bath for M and F to relax in after a big day of walking.

Very convenient location with easy access to Nagano Station, local busses and surrounding restaurants. Also having the onsen was a great way to decompress after a long day. Bonus points for the cold tub.

Went to run the A.C. upon first arriving and noticed what looked like mold inside the vent. I promptly shut it off for health and safety.

Okay where do I start: incredible location, 5 mins from Nagano station on foot, maybe less even. Incredible staff, able to converse and engage in English. Although when „uncertainties“ arise there‘s also additional staff able to fluently communicate in English. It was impeccably clean, no smells, no stains, clean bathrooms. Amenities provided. There was also an indoor Onsen and our room was on the 10th floor so we had a good view of Nagano city. There was a 7-11 very close-by as well and the Hotel staff was kind enough to keep our luggage after we checked-out while we went to visit the monkeys in Jigokoudani. Overall an incredible expierence. Definitely would recommend this location!

I think - and this is just being petty - I wished there was a genkan so we could leave our shoes next to the door (we did anyways because that‘s how we were taught).

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. They helped store my luggage before my check in window and when I checked in and when to my room, the luggage was already there! It's very close to the station and easy to find. The room is a little bigger than the average hotel rooms in Japan.

I think it is a little pricey considering it is in the country side and it is a older hotel. The laundry was cheap but I had to pay 3 rotations to actually dry my clothes. There are also only one washer and one dryer!

The hotel was a 5 min easy walk from Nagano station, very close to shops and restaurants. The room was a little tired but a good size for two people. It was good value for money. The onsen was a nice treat.

Everything was great.

Really easy location, basic hotel with lovely staff and good amenities. The hotel has a public bath (I didn’t use it as I have a quite large, hard to cover tattoo and I didn’t want to offend), but I looked inside and it looked like it would be lovely to use. Free coffee machine downstairs along with teas, toothbrushes etc. Good price, easy stay in Nagano!

Good location just 10 minutes walk from the station. Easy to catch a bus to tourist attractions from there too. Has a baths but we did not use them. Room was spacious and clean, if it a little dated, but had a great view of the city. Coin op laundry was useful.

The location was excellent, close to the train station, restaurants, shopping and the main sights in town. Our room was spacious and very comfortable and with a little help from Google translate the staff were very friendly and helpful. Also having self service laundry facilities available was a good bonus.

The only issue and it was a small one, was the lack of a fan in the bathroom. So the bathroom could be quite damp after a few people had used it.

He mattresses were too hard for our liking, but everything was very clean.

I cannot adjust temperature in my room because it seems to be controlled by center control. The problem is set temperature is high and it’s very hot at night, and I am not sure can I open the window. Self-solving method may be having a portable fan.
