Great breakfast. Loved it. Everything was as described 💪

For work I didn’t like the chair in the room. For longer working sessions that wasn’t ideal. Also, the cleaniness is something I have to point out. The ”main areas” of the room were super clean, you couldn’t easily see dirtiness. But when I peaked under the bed, it was so dusty. And as the most disgusting thing was that between a chair and a table there was a receipt from someone from TWO YEARS ago! Meaning, nobody had checked there in that time. Now, maybe it can be easily overlooked but for 2 years… that’s quite wild. Apart from this loved the stay and would stay again for a shorter period

The service staff was excellent. Their translation technology was super helpful to do a luggage transfer, which arrived at the next hotel on time. The hotel is right next to Nagano station, which was a perfect midpoint to visit Matsumoto and the Snow Monkey park, while also a walking distance to Zenkōji temple and many food options. Would visit this hotel again. Giving a 9/10 since the bed is a bit small for 2 adults (I'm 193cm) but that was in the room description anyways so at least the hotel is upfront about the size of the bed.

I liked the location of this hotel because it was close to Nagano Station. If you take the Zenkoji Exit, you will find a building with a Lawson’s on the first floor. The rooms are reasonably priced, and breakfast was 1700 yen per person. The hotel is close to some supermarkets and shopping areas. You will find a lot of things to eat and do during the day by this hotel. You can also sign up for their loyalty program and download their app to get membership benefits like early check in and late check out.

The standard twin room is kind of small and the beds are right next to each other. You might have trouble sharing space especially if you have large suitcases. There is only one laundry room for the entire hotel, so plan to wash laundry at odd times.

We had a triple room and the size was fine for three people. The location was amazing, so convenient and very easy to get to. Staff were very attentive. Room had good air circulation, really appreciated the additional air purifier fan, kept the air fresh which was great. Would happily stay here again.

Really nitpicking, but we did notice the intake for the aircon was really filthy. It obviously hadn't been serviced for a while as there were clumps of dust etc hanging from it. This was by the entry door, next to the bathroom, so no big deal, but I'm sure it reduces the efficiency of the aircon in summer heat.

The computerised check in and check out in English. Given the language barrier, this was useful on both sides. The hotel itself is in an excellent location. A few minutes walk from the nagano station, Don quixote, alpico bus station for day trips and many restaurants. There is a lawsons under the hotel with an ATM and a family mart around the corner if you prefer more selection of food n drink. Amenities and services were ample. I was allocated a room right next to the elevator and housekeeping storage, however I was lucky that minimal noise was experienced.

I had no complaints. I'm no stranger to Japanese hotel life, so small room sizes, lack of English speaking staff and following rules is normal for me. Room sizes cannot be helped as this is a common theme in japan. There are English translations in all signage in the room and in hotels. The check in /check out process can be done by machine and in English. You won't be disappointed here.

Excellent location two minutes from the train station. The staff was super friendly and helpful :) Room was clean and the amenities were of good quality.

The room was a bit small and the room layout made opening my trollies hard. Also there was always some kind of sound all night through the walls, likely from a heating system. Not too much of a bother for me, but maybe a problem for more sensitive people. There being only two coin laundromats for the whole hotel also made it hard for a ton of people who wanted to wash their stuff at the same time. Still alright though, after 2 hours I got one laundromat and it worked well :)

Good location, nice breakfast and comfortable bed

I used the washing machine and came down to take the clothes out late for just 5 min. One Japanese guy just called the front staff to take out my clothes to keep it. It really bothered me because I have to come down to the front to get my clothes back. I met the guy who called the staff and he pointed out the Japanese sign which I cannot read.!!!Anyway, there is English sign besides the door. Hope that the hotel will write the super big English sign warning this instead a small one.

Great location, very convenient for taking local buses and shinkansen. Breakfast is simple but good to start a day with. I suppose their check-in machine doesn't take foreign credit cards, so although they would take you to the machine and want you to check in there, in the end it had to be done manually anyway. I would prefer to have the process done manually from the very beginning since the staff was next to me at the machine already, no need to waste time dealing with the machine. Please notice that the station department is only open until 8pm. Tokyu until 7pm.

The hotel was one of the best hotels I stayed at. The room was quite spaced and had beautiful interior. The staff were friendly and happy to help with all my queries. They also had a arge selection of amenities. If you’re ever staying in Nagano I highly recommend this hotel as it’s a 2 min walk to the station.

This may be cause I stayed on the top floor but the water pressure was t that strong but it got the job done so should be fine if you’re only staying for a short time.

We chose the hotel mainly for the location close to the station because we planned some day trips from Nagano. This was a very convenient decision. Also the whole area around the train station is very clean and safe. We had a great view of Nagano from our room. It was small but the interior was quite modern and inviting. We especially appreciated that you could restock on tea, coffee or toiletry items at the lobby independently.
