The room was spacious enough for the four of us and very comfortable. We stayed at the hotel mainly in the evenings. It’s within walking distance of the railway station, and there are several convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Overall, we were very happy with our stay — the hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-located.

We nearly missed our bus to Kamikochi because we honestly reported to the reception that our son had accidentally taken a small hand towel from the bathroom in his backpack. The receptionist, who didn’t speak any English, began questioning and scolding us, even after we returned the towel immediately. I regret reporting it at that moment — it would have been better to quietly place it back in the room when we returned in the evening.

Every time I travel I always look for great accommodation to make my trip even more enjoyable even if it is just to rest or sleep. I am very happy that I chose your hotel because it is very close to the train station. It is very convenient and at least I do not have to worry about walking or traveling further after one day of exploring. I liked everything in your hotel especially during a snowy trip in Nagano.

Unfortunately I do not have any complaints or qualms about the hotel. I have enjoyed every minute of it and I hope to stay there again when I go back to Nagano in the future. Please keep up the good work!

Great location in between train station and Zenkoji so lots of restaurants and shops around. Has its own parking area behind the hotel for our rental car. Staff was very responsive & was even able to provide a rubber mat for the bath tub for my elderly parents. Coin laundry & vending machine area is spacious, has table and chairs and a small manga library

Even though the rooms are renovated, some things still show their age like scratches on the bath tub and outdated hallways. There was some dust on the ledge behind the bed too.

Amenities were amazing including some drinks in fridge. Beds were very comfortable and huge, and room was larger than others we had stayed in. It was very close to station and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The area was relatively quiet yet close to everything. There was a view of mountains from our room. We stayed 4 nights and were very pleased we booked this hotel. Best we stayed in during our time in Japan as well as being the least expensive. It was fantastic value.

Good location, large car park, laundry and ice machine. We walked to Zenkoji Temple from the hotel. One of the dryers wasn't drying. They refunded my money and put an out of order sign on it and then checked that the next machine worked. Free drinks in the fridge a nice touch. The hotel has lots of restaurants close by as well as a Family Mart and a Lawsons.

This hotel was amazing! The proximity to the train is really nice and there is a ton of walkable restaurants and other places to go to. The staff was incredible. We notified them about our late arrival and had no issues as well as let us store our luggage there for free for a couple of days after we checked out and headed up to the Shiga Kogen Ski area. The room was very nice and they offered a variety of amenities in the room which I enjoyed. Overall I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Very clean hotel, modern room, great view of the mountains. Amazing breakfast at the top floor restaurant, serving ice cream, local delicacies and fresh smoothies. Very quiet and safe area. Room cleaning is top. 10 min walk from Nagano station, close to restaurants and Zencoji castle.

Due to the relatively small size of the restaurant, each room is allocated a time slot. Ours was 9 to 9:30. I would have preferred an earlier one, but no choice was given. Rooms are small and it is difficult to get 2 single beds.

the property was really nice. the room given to us was spacious. i like the clean bathroom as well. additionally, the room also comes with free refreshments which is a huge plus.

the property didnt allow us to checkin a but earlier. we were tired from travelling from Narita so it wouldve been nice if they allowed us to check in at 2pm atleast

Friendly and helpful staff, breakfast located on the last floor with beautiful city view, hotel 10 mn walk away from Nagano station. Room exceptionally clean.

Small room but i guess it's a standard Japanese room for a hotel located in the center of the city. Too small for a family of 3, but okay for singles

The room was very spacious by Japanese standards, well equipped and comfortable. If you step out of the hotel you can immediately see the Zenkō-ji Temple in the distance, which is an absolute must see! 7 minutes by foot and you get to the station. Many restaurants and shops in the area and a bus station is very close. We chose this hotel as our base to go see the Snow Monkey Park and we even took a side trip to Matsumoto. Laundry Room is very well equipped, you can even read manga while waiting at a table for your laundry to finish. Staff was super friendly and helpful, we would definitely come back here again for a Nagano visit.

The key is rather chunky and takes some space in your pockets if you only have a fanny pack on you to store things.
